In the pants-type disposable diaper of the present invention having the outer member having such a configuration, since the adhesive does not exist on both side edges of the front and rear body of the outer member, the adhesive may lose heat energy. As a result, heat-sealing bonding is performed with good heat efficiency, and as a result, the pants have excellent bonding strength on both side edges. In addition, since the adhesive between the inner layer sheet and the outer layer sheet is intermittently applied, the air permeability of the exterior member is improved, and stuffiness during wearing is prevented, and further, the leg opening and the waist opening. Since the stretch elasticity of the stretch elastic member disposed on the diaper is good, the fit is good, and a diaper having a good texture and a feeling of wearing when worn can be obtained.

In the present invention, the inner layer sheet and the outer layer sheet forming the exterior member are provided with an adhesive layer intermittently in portions other than both side edge regions of the front and rear bodies, and the adhesive layer is interposed therebetween. The inner sheet and the outer sheet are joined. If the adhesive is present in both side edge regions of the inner layer sheet and the outer layer sheet, the heat energy is deprived by the adhesive when forming the pants by heat sealing the both side edges, and sufficient bonding of both side edges is performed. It is not preferable because the strength cannot be obtained.

The application of the adhesive can be performed using a non-contact type spiral spray coater, a curtain spray coater, a contact type roll coater or the like.
Further, the coating shape may be any shape that can maintain the breathability of the exterior member and impart the elasticity of the elastic member, and is not particularly limited, but the inherent flexibility of the nonwoven fabric of the inner layer sheet and the outer layer sheet. And a stripe-shaped thing which can maintain air permeability is preferable.

In the case of a striped adhesive layer, the width of the coated portion is preferably 1 to 3 mm, and the width of the non-coated portion between the coated portions is preferably 1 to 2 mm. . If the width of the coated portion is less than 1 mm, it is not preferable because stable coating cannot be performed. On the other hand, if the width is more than 3 mm, the width of the coated portion becomes too wide and the texture of the exterior member is reduced, which is not preferable. . Further, if the width of the non-coated portion is less than 1 mm, it is not preferable because it substantially does not change from the entire coating, and if it is wider than 2 mm, it becomes difficult to hold the stretchable elastic member in an extended state, which is not preferable. .

The amount of SAP is from 10 to 500%, preferably from 15 to 300% of the total weight of the floc pulp in the dry state.
An absorbent is preferred in which such an amount of SAP is substantially uniformly distributed in the fluffy pulp. In such an absorber, when the SAP absorbs moisture and swells, the particles have minimal interference with each other, are less likely to form continuous permeation barriers, and reduce urine and bodily fluids. Transmits and absorbs in the dimensional direction. A hydrophilic sheet disposed above, below, or entirely over the absorber can be used. The present invention will be described below with reference to examples. Example 1 A heated uneven roll and a heated smooth roll were brought into pressure contact with each other, and the laminated nonwoven fabric was passed through the roll. Formed. That is, a spunbonded nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 20 g / m 2 using polypropylene as a raw material is used as the nonwoven fabric, and two nonwoven fabrics are bonded to each other so that no adhesive is present in a region where the hot-melt treatment is performed. A two-layer nonwoven fabric was produced, and separately, a two-layer nonwoven fabric was produced in the same manner. The two nonwoven fabrics were laminated to form a four-layer nonwoven fabric, which was passed between the rolls to obtain a linear pressure of 350 kg / cm.
Pressurized heat fusion treatment was performed at an uneven roll temperature of 170 ° C., a smooth roll temperature of 160 ° C., and a processing time of 0.01 second to form a 8.5 mm-wide bonding region.
