Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to sense patterns with combinations of different hues in the daytime and at the night by providing diagonal downward facing belt-like color filter plate parts and diagonally forward upward facing belt-like color filter plate parts of an optical color filter plate body with pass bands varying from each other. SOLUTION: The pass band viewed on the band pass characteristic to light of the diagonal forward downward facing belt-like color filter plate part 1A of the optical color filter plate body 1 is varied from the pass band viewed on the band pass characteristic to light of the diagonally upward facing belt-like color filter plate part 1B. Namely, the diagonally forward upward facing belt- like color filter plate part 1B of the optical color filter plate body is formed to have the pass band sensible with the hue of, for example, green and the diagonal forward downward facing belt-like color filter plate part 1A is formed to have the pass band sensible at the hue of, for example, red. Then, the patterns of the surface 2 of the optical color filter plate body 1 are made sensible by a viewing person on the ground with the hues of green and red varying from each other respectively in the daytime and at the night.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 05-273 shown in FIGS.
According to the pseudo luminous body Q proposed in No. 406, as shown in FIG. 13 (in FIG. 13, however, the pseudo luminous plane Q shown in FIG. 9 is shown), for example, on the ground G outdoors In addition, by arranging the surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 so as to extend along the vertical plane by using the support H at a high position, the irradiation of the sunlight SL The obliquely forward downward band-shaped surface portion 2A of the color filter plate 1 is hardly directly received, but the obliquely forward upward band-shaped surface portion 2B is directly received from obliquely forward and upward, so that the sunlight SL is obliquely forwardly upward. The light enters the band-shaped color filter portion 1B through the obliquely forward and upward band-shaped surface portion 2B.

In this case, the optical color filter plate 1
Since the obliquely forward upward band-shaped surface portion 2B is a rough surface K, the sunlight SL randomly enters the obliquely forward upward band-shaped color filter plate portion 1B, and the irregularly incident light is obliquely forwardly upwardly belt-like of the reflective film 4. The reflected light is reflected by the surface portion 5B, and the reflected light passes through the inside of the band-shaped color filter plate portion 1B obliquely forward and upward again.
Through the obliquely forward upward band-shaped surface portion 2B, the light is randomly emitted to the outside of the front of the pseudo-light-emitting surface body 1, and therefore, the pseudo-light-emitting surface body Q
The scattered light SL ′ based on the sunlight SL is emitted to the front outside of the vehicle, and a part of the light goes to the ground G.

Further, the scattered light SL 'based on the sunlight SL obtained outside the front of the pseudo light emitting plane Q in this manner passes through the obliquely forward upward band-shaped color filter plate 1B of the optical color filter plate 1. Since the light is obtained as described above, it has a hue corresponding to the pass band viewed from the band-pass characteristic of the band-shaped color filter plate portion 1B obliquely forward and upward of the optical color filter plate 1, and thus, on the ground G in the daytime. Of the optical color filter plate 1 at an obliquely front lower position of the pseudo-luminous panel Q.
Can be sensed with a hue corresponding to the pass band viewed from the band pass characteristic of the band-shaped color filter plate portion 1B obliquely forward and upward of the optical color filter plate 1.

On the other hand, at night, the pseudo-luminous panel Q
Passage from the light projector P, which is previously installed at a position obliquely forward and downward when viewed from the pseudo-light emitting surface Q on the ground G, viewed from the band-pass characteristic with respect to the light of the obliquely forward and downward band-shaped color filter plate portion 1A of the optical color filter plate 1. By irradiating artificial light AL having a band including a band, and by appropriately selecting a position obliquely forward and downward as viewed from the pseudo luminous surface body Q of the projector P for obtaining the artificial light AL, the artificial light AL can be irradiated. Most of the light can be directly radiated to the obliquely forward and downward belt-shaped surface portion 2A of the optical color filter plate 1.

In this case, the artificial light AL that directly irradiates the obliquely front-downward belt-shaped surface portion 2A of the optical color filter plate 1 enters the obliquely forward-downward band-like color filter plate portion 1A of the optical color filter plate 1. The incident light passes through the obliquely forward downward band-like surface portion 2A, and then enters the obliquely forward downwardly-facing belt-like surface portion 5A formed of the smooth reflecting surface SR of the reflective film 4, where it is obliquely reflected with almost no irregular reflection. Directly reflected toward the lower front, the reflected light diagonally toward the lower front,
It again passes through the inside of the obliquely forward downward band-shaped color filter portion 1A of the optical color filter plate 1, and then passes through the obliquely forward downwardly directed belt-shaped surface portion 2A of the obliquely forward downward band-shaped color filter portion 1A of the optical color filter plate 1. Direct reflected light AL ″ is obtained based on the artificial light AL that is emitted obliquely forward and downward from the pseudo-luminous surface body Q and emitted outward toward obliquely forward and downward from the pseudo-luminous surface body Q. , It goes to earth G.

The reflected light AL ″ based on the artificial light AL obtained by emitting the diagonally forward and downward direction of the pseudo light emitting surface body Q in this manner is directed obliquely forward and downward of the optical color filter plate 1. Since the light passes through the inside of the band-shaped color filter portion 1A, the pass band (obliquely front-upward band-shaped color filter plate) viewed from the band-pass characteristics of the band-shaped color filter plate portion 1A obliquely forward and downward of the optical color filter plate 1. From the above, according to the pseudo-luminous panel Q shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, the pseudo-luminous panel Q is disposed outdoors, for example, on the ground G at a high position, so that the sun By irradiating with the light SL, and at night, receiving the artificial light AL from the floodlight P arranged diagonally forward and downward when viewed from the pseudo luminous panel Q on the ground G, The pattern of the surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 is obliquely displayed to the viewer M at a position obliquely forward and downward as viewed from the pseudo-luminous panel Q both in the daytime and at night. It is possible to sense with the same hue corresponding to the pass band as viewed from the band pass characteristics of the front downward band-like color filter plate portion 1A and the oblique front upward band-like color filter plate portion 1B.

Further, in the case of the pseudo-luminous panel shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, the artificial light AL has much lower energy than the sunlight SL due to restrictions on the manufacturing of the light projector P and the like. Since there is no energy, the former is much larger than the latter between the energy of sunlight that illuminates the pseudo-luminous body Q during daytime and the energy of artificial light that illuminates the pseudo-luminous body Q during nighttime. In this connection, even if there is a remarkably large energy difference, it is possible to make the viewer M sense the pattern of the surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 in the daytime because of the scattered light based on the sunlight SL. SL ′, while the optical color filter plate 1
Since the pattern of the surface 2 is sensed by the direct reflected light AL ″ which is not a part of the scattered light based on the artificial light AL, the material of the reflective film 4 is appropriately selected. As a result, the surface 5 of the reflection film 4 has a relatively high reflectance,
This allows the viewer M to be able to perceive the pattern of the surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 without feeling dark at night, but allows the viewer M to detect the optical color filter during daytime. The pattern of the surface 2 of the plate body 1 corresponds to the pass band seen from the band pass characteristic of the band-shaped color filter plate portion 1B obliquely forward and upward of the optical color filter plate body 1 without causing glare. The hue can be sensed, and the surface 5 of the reflection film 4 has a relatively low reflectance by appropriately selecting the material of the reflection film 4, for example.
Thereby, even if it is possible to allow the viewer M to perceive the pattern of the surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 in the daytime without dazzling, the viewer M can use the optical The pattern of the surface 2 of the color filter plate 1 is
Without making the color filter feel dark, it is possible to detect with a hue corresponding to the pass band seen from the band pass characteristic of the band color filter plate portion 1A obliquely forward and downward of the optical color filter plate 1.

Further, the sunlight SL irradiating the obliquely front upward band-like surface portion 2B of the optical color filter plate 1 is applied to the obliquely forward upward band-like color filter portion 1 of the optical color filter plate 1.
B, the sunlight SL partially reflects on the obliquely forward upward band-shaped surface portion 2B of the optical color filter plate 1, and the partially reflected light is
It is forbidden to face diagonally forward and downward of the pseudo-luminous panel Q,
On the other hand, the partial surface reflected light directed obliquely forward and downward of the pseudo light emitting surface body Q does not pass through the obliquely forward upward band-shaped color filter portion 1B of the optical color filter plate 1, so that the hue of the sunlight SL (white hue) ), The above-mentioned sunlight SL
Based on this, the partial surface reflected light directed obliquely forward and downward of the pseudo-luminous surface body Q is used to change the pattern of the surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 at a position obliquely forward and downward of the pseudo-luminous surface body Q. The earth G sensed by the hue corresponding to the pass band viewed from the band pass characteristic of the band-shaped color filter portion 1B obliquely upward and forward of the body 1.
In the daytime, the pattern on the surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 is applied to the viewer M on the ground G by the hue of the sunlight SL, assuming that it is sensed by the upper viewer M. It is inevitable to sense with a hue corresponding to the pass band of the band-shaped color filter portion 1B obliquely forward and upward of the optical color filter plate 1, which has a low saturation. Since the obliquely forward upward band-shaped surface portion 2B of the filter plate 1 is a rough surface K, the sunlight SL
Even if the surface is partially reflected on the obliquely forward upward band-shaped surface portion 2B, the partially reflected light on the surface is obtained as scattered light,
In the daytime, the partly reflected light of the sunlight SL on the obliquely forward upward band-shaped surface portion 2B of the optical color filter plate 1 is formed on the front surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 at a position diagonally forward and downward of the pseudo luminous plate Q. Even if the pattern is oriented so as to be sensed by a viewer M on the ground G, which senses the pattern with a hue corresponding to the pass band of the band-shaped color filter portion 1B obliquely forward and upward of the optical color filter plate 1, Viewer M on earth G
Only a small part of the reflected light directed to be perceived by the light source, and therefore, in the daytime, the pattern on the surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 is almost white by the viewer M on the ground G. It can be sensed with a hue corresponding to the passband of the band-shaped color filter portion 1B that is unflavored, has high saturation, and is obliquely forward and upward of the optical color filter plate 1.

The artificial light AL that directly irradiates the obliquely forward downward band-shaped surface portion 2A of the optical color filter plate 1 is as follows:
The obliquely forward downward band-shaped color filter plate 1A of the optical color filter plate 1 is incident through the front downward band-shaped surface portion 2A, and in this case, the artificial light AL is obliquely forward of the optical color filter plate 1. Partially surface-reflected at the front downward band-shaped surface portion 2A of the downward band-shaped color filter plate portion 1A, and the partially surface-reflected light is forcibly directed obliquely forward and downward of the pseudo-luminous panel Q. The pseudo-luminous panel Q
Of the artificial light AL (the hue of the artificial light AL is white) because part of the surface reflected light directed obliquely forward and downward does not pass through the inside of the obliquely forward downward band-shaped color filter plate 1A of the optical color filter plate 1. Phase, a white phase), and the partially reflected light directed obliquely forward and downward of the pseudo luminous surface body Q based on the artificial light AL is positioned obliquely forward and downward of the pseudo luminous surface body Q. The pattern of the front surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 is changed to the obliquely forward downward band-like color filter plate portion 1 of the optical color filter plate 1.
Assuming that the viewer M on the ground G senses with a hue corresponding to the pass band viewed from the band-pass characteristic of A, the viewer M on the ground G has an optical color at night. Band-like color filter plate part 1 obliquely downward and forward of filter plate body 1
The pattern on the surface 2 of A is the same as that of the optical color filter plate 1 having the hue of the artificial light AL (white when the hue of the artificial light AL is a white hue), Although it is unavoidable to sense with the hue corresponding to the pass band, the obliquely forward downward band-shaped surface portion 2A of the optical color filter plate 1 is required.
Is a smooth surface S extending linearly as viewed on a longitudinal section and linearly extending as viewed on a transverse section, so that the direction of irradiation of the artificial light AL onto the pseudo-luminous body Q, and hence the artificial light AL
Position of the projector P for the artificial light AL on the smooth surface S
Is irradiated vertically, whereby the partially reflected light of the artificial light AL is directed toward the projector P.
Is selected in advance so that the partial surface reflected light of the optical color filter plate 1 is not directed to the direction of the viewer M on the ground G at night. The pattern on the surface 2 is almost obliquely forward of the optical color filter plate 1 with almost no hue of the artificial light AL (no hue when the hue of the artificial light is a white hue), high saturation. The hue can be detected in a hue corresponding to the pass band of the downward band-shaped color filter plate portion 1A.

Also, the pseudo-luminous panel Q shown in FIGS.
According to this, the obliquely rearward upward band-shaped rear surface portion 3A constituting the rear surface 3 of the optical color filter plate 1 is a smooth surface S that extends obliquely rearward and upwardly convexly as viewed in a longitudinal section. Therefore, the obliquely forward downward band-shaped surface portion 5A constituting the surface 5 of the reflective film 4 is a smooth reflective surface SR that is concavely curved diagonally forward and downward. The surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 can be made to emit artificial light A from the projector P by appropriately selecting the degree of curvature concavely downward and obliquely forward and downward in the longitudinal section of the SR.
The artificial light AL that is obtained by being irradiated by the light L into the obliquely forward downward band-shaped color filter plate portion 1A of the optical color filter plate 1 and then being reflected by the obliquely forward downward band-shaped surface portion 5A of the reflection film 4. Is passed through only the front downward band-shaped surface portion 2A of the optical color filter plate 1 without passing the reflected light through the oblique front upward band-shaped surface portion 2B formed by the rough surface K of the optical color filter plate 1. The artificial light AL can be emitted to the outside of the surface light Q obliquely forward and downward of the pseudo light emitting surface Q, and the reflected light of the artificial light AL can be simulated toward the light obliquely forward and downward of the pseudo light emitting surface Q. The light can be emitted in a wide angle range when viewed from the light-emitting surface Q. Therefore, the reflected light of the artificial light AL obtained by being reflected on the obliquely forward downward band-shaped surface portion 5A of the reflection film 4 is converted into an optical color filter. By passing through the obliquely forward upward band-shaped surface portion 2B formed by the rough surface of the body 1, it becomes scattered light and is emitted to the outside of the pseudo luminous body Q, and only a part of the scattered light is obliquely forward of the pseudo luminous body Q. It means that it is directed downward, or that the above-mentioned reflected light of the artificial light AL is directed diagonally forward and downward of the pseudo-light emitting body Q, and is emitted only in a narrow angular range when viewed from the pseudo-light emitting body Q. You can make it happen.

From the above, according to the pseudo-luminous panel Q shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, at night, the viewer M on the ground G
Further, in a wide position range on the ground G, the pattern of the surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 is set to a high brightness and a pass band of the band color filter plate portion 1A obliquely forward and downward of the optical color filter plate 1. In the case of the pseudo-luminous panel shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the obliquely rearward upward band-shaped rear surface 3A constituting the rear surface 3 of the optical color filter plate 1 extends linearly in a cross section. The surface 5 of the reflective film 4
The obliquely forward-facing strip-shaped surface portion 5A that constitutes a surface CL is a surface CL that extends linearly when viewed on a cross section. The reflected light AL ″ based on the light AL cannot be unnecessarily spread in the left-right direction (horizontal direction) and cannot be obtained. Therefore, at night, the pattern of the surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 is given to the viewer M. Can be perceived brightly within a limited horizontal range on the ground G.

In the case of the pseudo-luminous panel shown in FIGS. 10 and 12, the obliquely forward upward band-shaped surface portion 5B constituting the surface 5 of the reflection film 4 is irregularly reflected surface DR or uneven reflection surface U.
R, so that in the daytime, the sunlight SL is obliquely forward and upward in a strip-shaped color filter plate portion 1B of the optical color filter plate 1
When the light is randomly incident from above and obliquely from above, and then reflected by the obliquely forward upward belt-like back surface portion 5B of the reflective film 4, the reflected light of the sunlight SL is irregularly reflected light, and the irregularly reflected light is an optical color. Since the light passes through the diagonally forward upward band-shaped color filter plate portion 1B of the filter plate body 1 again and emits irregularly to the front and outside, scattered light SL ′ based on sunlight SL obtained by being emitted to the front and outside of the pseudo light emitting surface body Q is obtained. Are scattered more than in the case of the pseudo-luminous body shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, and therefore, the energy of the sunlight SL is relatively large in the daytime, so that the pseudo-luminous body shown in FIGS. 9 and 11 is obtained. In the case of Q, the viewer M
In addition, even when the pattern of the optical color filter plate 1 is sensed with glare, the pattern of the optical color filter plate 1 is displayed to the viewer M with such glare. Can be sensed with a hue corresponding to the band pass seen from the band pass characteristics of the band-shaped color filter plate portion 1B obliquely upward and forward of the optical color filter plate body 1 without accompanying.

Further, in the case of the pseudo-luminous panel shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the obliquely forward downward band-shaped surface portion 5A constituting the surface 5 of the reflection film 4 repeatedly bends forward in a cross section. As shown in FIG. 14, the reflected light AL ″ based on the artificial light AL that is emitted diagonally forward and downward from the pseudo light emitting surface body Q spreads out in the left-right direction (horizontal direction). For this reason, it is assumed that the obliquely rearward-upward band-shaped surface portion 2A of the optical color filter plate 1 is a surface VC which is repeatedly concavely curved forward when viewed in a cross section. By properly selecting the concavely curved shape, the range in the left-right direction (horizontal direction) in which the pattern of the surface 2 of the optical color filter plate 1 can be perceived by the viewer M at night. Without substantial restrictions Can.
