Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely control a heating operation before a burning damage to an operation panel occurs at the time of stopping a supply fan during heating or bringing about a clogging accident of a warm air exhaust port. SOLUTION: An operation panel temperature sensor 19 fixedly wired together with other component in the case of passing a wiring printed circuit of a rear surface of an operation panel 13 provided on an upper surface of a warm air heater body 1 is provided. When the sensor 19 senses the temperature of the rear surface of the panel 13 in which an abnormal temperature rise occurs caused by an exposure with a radiant heat from a warm air chamber wall 11 in which an abnormal overheat occurs, a central controller effectively stops a combustion operation of a burner 2, thereby assuring a safety of the heater.

However, detecting the temperature in the vicinity of the operation panel does not mean detecting the temperature of the operation panel itself. Therefore, in order to prevent the operation panel from burning, an abnormal temperature detection element is required. In order to install the equipment, the optimum installation position had to be selected in each case in accordance with the heat source and the capabilities and properties of the blower fan. That is, the optimum design had to be performed for each model of the hot air heater.

In such a configuration, when the operation start instruction switch 14 is operated to instruct the start of operation, the central controller 23 starts energizing the electric heater 4 of the vaporizer 3 and detects the vaporizer temperature. The temperature of the vaporizer 3 is detected through the element 21, and when the temperature reaches a combustion startable temperature, the kerosene pump 7 is operated to increase the pressure in the vaporizer 3, and the vaporized gas is ejected from the nozzle 8. At the same time, an igniter (not shown) is activated to cause the burner 2 to generate a flame. Then, when the presence of a flame is confirmed by the flame detection element 22, the blower fan 9 is operated to blow air to the warm air chamber 10, and the generated warm air is discharged out of the main body 1 of the heater. After the combustion is started, the central controller 23 controls the carburetor 3 to maintain the temperature necessary for maintaining the normal combustion.
The electric heater 4 is controlled while monitoring the signal of the vaporizer temperature detecting element 21.

During the combustion operation, the high-temperature combustion gas generated by the burner 2 becomes relatively low-temperature hot air in the hot-air chamber 10 while the blowing fan 9 is performing a normal blowing operation without stopping. Since the air is discharged from the hot air discharge port 12, the temperature of the hot air chamber wall 11 does not become abnormally high.
The back surface of the operation panel 13 exposed to the radiant heat opposite to 1 also does not become abnormally high.

When the room temperature set by the room temperature setting device 16 is detected by the room temperature detecting element 20, the central control device 23 lowers the driving output of the kerosene pump 7 to lower the combustion output and maintain the constant room temperature. aim. In the meantime, if the decrease in the room temperature is remarkable, the combustion output is increased to recover the room temperature. On the other hand, when the room temperature equal to or higher than the set room temperature is observed, the driving of the kerosene pump 7 and the driving of the blower fan are stopped. Stop burning.

In this case, the hot air chamber 10 is filled with high-temperature combustion gas, and the temperature of the wall 11 of the hot air chamber keeps increasing, so that it is not directly exposed to the combustion gas. Exposure to the radiant heat of the wall 11 keeps the temperature of the back surface of the operation panel 13 also rising.

In the meantime, the central controller 23 continues to observe the temperature on the back surface of the operation panel 13 through the operation panel temperature detecting element 19, and when it is recognized that the temperature exceeds a preset temperature, as shown in FIG. When the timer is started and the detected value does not fall below the preset temperature within the timer time, it is determined that an abnormal temperature has been detected, and the driving of the kerosene pump 7 is stopped to stop the heating operation. At the same time, the operation status indicator 17 is driven to notify the occurrence of abnormal overheating. In this case, since the operation panel temperature detecting element 19 is attached to the wiring printed circuit board 18 by soldering, when the back surface of the operation panel 13 is exposed to the radiant heat from the warm air chamber wall 11, the operation panel 13 The temperature rises together with the back surface, and the temperature on the back surface of the operation panel 13 is accurately detected. In other words, an erroneous temperature that does not accurately reflect the temperature on the back surface of the operation panel 13 is not detected.

Since the operation panel temperature detecting element 19 is fixedly connected to other parts at the time of the solder bath on the back surface of the operation panel 13, the operation panel 13 is naturally handled after passing through the solder bath. This operation panel temperature detection element 19 will also be handled,
A hot air heater without the trouble of having to handle it separately from the operation panel 13 could be obtained.

With respect to the above-mentioned preset temperature, that is, the value treated as an abnormal temperature and the timer time value of the timer, it is inevitable that overshoot will occur after the combustion is stopped, and furthermore, if the overshoot occurs, It is important to determine the components that make up the panel 13 in consideration of preventing dissolution of the resin used in particular.

As described above, according to the present invention, when an abnormal overheating occurs due to a difficulty in discharging hot air due to a failure stop of a blower fan or a blockage of a hot air discharge port during a heating operation, the temperature increases. An operation panel temperature detection element provided on the printed circuit for wiring on the back side of the operation panel provided on the upper surface portion of the wind heater main body so as to be fixedly connected to other components when passing through the solder bath. However, since the temperature of the back surface of the operation panel, which has been abnormally heated by being exposed to the radiant heat from the heat generating portion that has abnormally overheated, is accurately detected, the central control device can reliably stop the heat generating operation. As a result, the safety of hot air heaters can be further enhanced.
