Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a level difference between a doorway and a floor surface of a wash place, and facilitate the filling work of a caulking compound. SOLUTION: A wall-constructing member 5 is constructed on a peripheral wall of a bath unit, and a wall constructing member-receiving part 23 for receiving a lower end surface of the wall constructing member 5 is provided on a peripheral edge part of a waterproof pan. Further, a taper surface 24 is at least formed from an end edge of the wall constructing member-receiving part 23 provided along a floor surface 21 for a wash place to a bottom surface of the waterproof pan 1a provided on a lower position of 2 mm or more and 7 mm or less than the wall constructing member-receiving part 23.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 6, a conventional bathroom unit is provided on a wall construction member receiving portion 101 at a peripheral portion of a waterproof pan 100 with a wall panel constituting a wall surface of the bathroom or a door frame at an entrance. The construction member 200 is made of a waterproof material (backer material) 300.
The caulking material 400 is filled in the gap between the lower end surface of the wall structuring member 200 and the wall structuring member receiving portion 101 so as to achieve watertightness. See Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 61-28552, etc.).

In the case of the conventional waterproof pan 100, the wall construction member receiving portion 101 is higher than the washing floor 102 of the waterproof pan 100 so that hot water or water used in the washing place does not leak out of the bathroom from the entrance / exit. Since it is provided at the position, a certain level difference is inevitably generated between the bathroom entrance and the washing floor 102. For this reason, an elderly person or a physically handicapped person with weak legs may fall down even with a slight step.

Therefore, recently, as shown in FIG. 7, the position of the wall construction member receiving portion 501 is made substantially coincident with the washing floor surface 502 of the waterproof pan 500 to thereby make a step between the washing floor surface 502 and the entrance of the bathroom. A drain unit is provided along the door frame, and the drain unit is covered with a grating lid that is substantially flush with the lower frame of the door frame. . In other words, in the case of this bathroom unit, there is no step and it is safe to enter and exit the bathroom, and the hot and cold water used in the washing area is
Even if it tries to flow to the entrance side, hot water or water flows into the drainage ditch through the gap of the grating lid, and does not flow out of the bathroom from the entrance / exit.

[0005] However, when the position of the wall construction member 501 is substantially coincident with the washing floor 502 of the waterproof pan 500 as described above, it is very difficult to fill the caulking material 400.

That is, as shown in FIG. 7, the caulking material 400 is first applied with a masking tape 600 in advance at the lower end edge of the surface of the wall construction member 200 and the portion of the bottom surface 502 adjacent to the wall construction member 501. The space between the lower end surface of the wall structuring member 200 and the wall structuring member 501 is filled from the tip of the nozzle of a filling gun (not shown).
In the case of an inexperienced worker, the boundary with the bottom surface 502 is difficult to understand, and the masking tape 600 is stuck to the shifted position, so that a sufficient joint width (filling width of the caulking material) cannot be secured. There is a risk of water leakage due to insufficient filling of the caulking material 400.

Next, a wall construction member, in the case of FIG. 4, a panel body 51 made of a PVC decorative steel sheet whose surface is coated with a polyvinyl chloride resin decorative layer, and is attached to the back surface of the panel body 51. The wall panel 5 composed of the gypsum board 52 for reinforcement and heat insulation imparting is attached to the wall panel 5 via the water-stopping material 6 so that both side edges on the surface side of the wall panel 5 have the edges of the receiving portion 23 (with the tapered surface 24). range distance L 2 is 2mm 5mm or more or less at the maximum from the boundary), erected on the receiving portion 23 to come in closer to the raised portion 11 side which is the peripheral portion of the waterproof pan 1a position,

Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the masking tape 7 is stuck along the lower edge on the front side of the wall panel 5 and the edge is aligned with the boundary 25 between the receiving portion 23 and the tapered surface 24. Then, the masking tape 7 is attached from the tapered surface 24 to the washing floor 21. Next, the caulking material 8 is filled in the gap 12 with the nozzle tip of a filling gun (not shown) facing the gap 12 between the wall panel 5 and the receiving portion 23, and the lower end of the wall panel 5 is stopped. It is designed for water.

When the wall panel 5 as described above is used as a wall construction member, the gypsum board 52 is used because the panel body 51 is formed of a thin steel plate 51 of about 0.45 mm.
The panel body 51 often bends and warps due to expansion and contraction of the gypsum board 52 due to moisture absorption and release. In most cases, the width of the warp is 2 mm or more and 3 mm or less. Therefore,
Even when such a wall panel 5 is used as a wall structuring member, the position of the lower end edge on the surface side of the wall structuring member is shifted from the boundary 25 to the tapered surface 24 by a maximum of 2 mm or more and 5 mm or less to the rising portion 11 side. If the wall panel 5 is erected at the inserted position, no problem such as a poor filling of the caulking material 8 due to the lower end edge 53 of the wall panel 5 protruding from the receiving portion 23 to the washing floor side over the entire width. If it exceeds 5 mm, the boundary 2
The distance between the wall panel 5 and the wall panel 5 is too long, and there is no point in masking with the masking tape 7. In other words, there is a possibility that the protruding portion may protrude from a portion other than the filling portion of the caulking material 8 and have a poor appearance.

Moreover, in the waterproof pan 1a, since the receiving portion 23 is only 3 mm higher than the washing floor 21, the step between the bathroom entrance and the washing floor 21 can be almost matched.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the waterproof pan according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 5, in the waterproof pan 1 b, a part of the bottom surface of the washing part 2 b adjacent to the receiving part 23 is formed as a bottom surface of a shallow groove 26, and is the same as the receiving part 23 adjacent to the groove 26. It is the same as the above-mentioned waterproof pan 1b except that the washing floor 27 is formed at the height position.

The waterproof pan according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the bathtub installation section 3 is provided adjacent to the washing section 2a. However, the bathtub installation section 3 may be a separate body, and the bathtub installation section 3 is replaced with a bathtub installation section. A frame that receives the flange provided at the upper end from below may be provided adjacent to the washing section 2a, and the lower end of the bathtub may fit into the frame.

Since the waterproof pan according to the present invention is constructed as described above, the step between the entrance and the floor of the washing place can be reduced, and the filling work of the caulking material is easy. But you can do it accurately. That is,
Work accuracy is improved. Further, according to the method for constructing a wall construction member according to the present invention, even when a wall panel is likely to be warped as a wall construction member, the caulking material filling operation can be performed accurately and easily.
