Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for floor heating to reduce weight and cost. SOLUTION: A heating fluid ducting pipe 25 is provided to guide heating fluid to the surface side of a surface steel plate 28 spanning between floor joists for a building floor. Flange parts 29 hooked on the upper surface of the floor joist are arranged at the edge parts on both sides of the surface steel plate 28. A heat insulation filler 27, with which the back side of the surface steel plate 28 is filled and which is molded and fixed on the back of the surface steel plate 28 and in which a heating fluid conducting pipe 25 is embedded, is arranged. The inner end of the flange part 29 is extended in the internal part of the heat insulation filler 27 for embedding, and an impact buffering material 40 is stuck on the outer surface of the heat insulation filler 27.

The urethane foam resin 27 is molded and fixed to the back side of the front steel plate 28 of the panel main body 23 by using a molding die 32. As shown in FIG. 2, the molding die 32 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped concave surface portion 33 that is open at the top. The panel body 23 to which the heating fluid conducting pipe 25 is fixed is placed on the molding die 32 so as to cover the upper opening of the concave portion 33, and the rubber sheet 40 as an impact cushioning material is placed on the concave portion 33. A foamed resin such as liquid urethane is injected into a space surrounded by the rubber sheet 40 and the surface steel sheet 28, filled and foamed to form a urethane foamed resin 27.

According to the present invention, a heating fluid conducting pipe for guiding a heating fluid is provided on the back side of the front steel plate spanned between the joists, and the flanges which can be hooked on the upper surface of the joists are formed on both side edges of the front steel plate. Is provided on the back side of the front steel plate, is molded, is fixed to the back surface of the front steel plate, and is provided with an insulating filler for burying the heating fluid conduit. Since the end is extended and buried, and the shock-absorbing material is stuck on the outer surface of the heat-insulating filler, it is necessary to integrally provide a box structure for molding the heat-insulating filler on the back side of the front steel plate. Therefore, the weight and cost of the floor heating panel as a whole can be reduced.
