に従い説明する。図1乃至図3は本発明のロック方法及
びそれを具体化した開き戸の地震時ロック装置を示し、
該ロック装置は家具、吊り戸棚等開き戸付き収納体の本
体(90)に固定される装置本体(1)を有する。該装
置本体(1)は係止手段(3)(後述する)の方に傾斜
する傾斜面(2b)を有している。図示の本体(90)
の傾斜面(2b)の平面形状は円であるが係止手段
(3)の位置が該円の中心から偏心しているのは係止手
段(3)を前方に配置出来ることと全体を小さくするこ
とが出来るからである。但し本体(90)の傾斜面(2
b)の平面形状を円にしなければならないというわけで
はないと共に係止手段(3)の位置も偏心しなければな
らないというわけではない。係止手段(3)は動き可能
に装置本体(1)に設けられ図示の係止手段(3)は柱
状のものが直線的に動くものであり重力で下方に動くも
のである。係止手段(3)としては直線的に動くもの、
回動するもの、下方に動くもの、上方に動くもの、横方
向に動くもの等を含む。更に係止手段(3)としては重
力で動くもの、ばね力で動くもの、磁力で動くもの、そ
れらの複数の力で動くもの等を含む。係止手段(3)は
そのストッパー(3a)において球、ローラー等のころ
がり手段(4)で動き停止されるものである。該ころが
り手段(4)は構造単純化のために球をひとつ用いるこ
とが望ましく前記傾斜面(2b)に収納され係止手段
(3)のストッパー(3a)に当たって係止手段(3)
を動き停止するものが示される。但しストッパー(3
a)に当たることなく例えば磁力で係止手段(3)を動
き停止するころがり手段(4)でもよい。すなわちころ
がり手段(4)が当接乃至近接することで係止手段
(3)は動き停止(重力、ばね力、磁力等で動こうとす
るのを停止)されるのである。係止手段(3)の係止部
(3b)は図示の実施例では鍔状にされているが鈎状、
単なる柱状等でもよい。更に装置本体(1)は図示の実
施例では組み立て及び取り付けまでの取り扱いを容易に
するため蓋部(2c)を有している。次に開き戸(9
1)に固定される係止具(5)が設けられ、該係止具
(5)は前記係止手段(3)に対向して位置決めされる
係止具主部(5a)を有する。該係止具主部(5a)に
は動き可能に解除手段(6)が図示の実施例では後から
前へ傾斜しばね(7)の力を受けて設けられている。該
解除手段(6)が係止具主部(5a)に対して動き可能
にされているのは係止手段(3)の円滑な解除を可能に
するためである。従ってその動きとしてはばね(7)の
力を受けることなく動くもの、直線的に動くもの、回動
するもの、傾斜した板ばねのたわむ動き、コイルばねの
伸縮の動き等もその動きに含まれる。図示の解除手段
(6)は係止手段(3)を把握するために先端部(6
a)がV字状にされその基部(6b)は係止具主部(5
a)に進退と回動の両者の動きが可能に取り付けられた
ものである。以上の実施例に示した本発明のロック方法
及びそれを具体化した開き戸の地震時ロック装置の作用
は次の通り。すなわち図1は本発明のロック装置の待機
状態であり係止手段(3)は持ち上げられた状態で静止
している。係止手段(3)のストッパー(3a)はころ
がり手段(4)に当たり係止手段(3)を動き停止(重
力で下方に動くことを停止)している。該ころがり手段
(4)が係止手段(3)を動き停止する状態として図示
の様にころがり手段(4)の中心がストッパー(3a)
の端部から外方へずれた状態であれば地震検出感度がよ
くなる。何故なら地震時のゆれの力でころがり手段
(4)が容易にストッパー(3a)から外れるからであ
る。図1の状態では開き戸(91)の係止具(5)は係
止手段(3)に当たることがないため開き戸(91)は
自由に開閉出来る。次に地震時には図1の一点鎖線に示
す様にころがり手段(4)は傾斜面(2b)に反して動
く。その結果ストッパー(3a)からころがり手段
(4)が外れて係止手段(3)は重力で動く。すなわち
係止手段(3)は係止具(5)へと落下する一方開き戸
(91)はゆれの力で開こうとする。その結果図4に示
す様に係止手段(3)の係止部(3b)は係止具(5)
の係止具主部(5a)の先端部と解除手段(6)の先端
部(6a)の間に挾持される。この状態では開き戸(9
1)の開く方向の動きは図4に示す様に係止具主部(5
a)の先端部で停止される。一方開き戸(91)の閉じ
る方向の動きに対しては解除手段(6)の抵抗を大きく
設定する場合と小さく設定する場合でその動きが相違す
る。但し開き戸(91)の開き停止の状態は開く方向に
ついて開き戸(91)がわずかに隙間を有することは共
通している。まず解除手段(6)の抵抗を大きく設定し
た場合では図5に示す様に開き戸(91)は地震のゆれ
の波毎の開き戸(91)の閉じる方向の動きに対しては
解除手段(6)の先端部(6a)で戻り停止される。す
なわち開き戸(91)はわずかに隙間を有して開き停止
され開き戸付き収納体の本体(90)からの収納物の放
出は防止される。次に地震が終わると使用者は図4の隙
間を有して開き停止された状態から開き戸(91)を押
す。これにより解除手段(6)の先端部(6a)は係止
手段(3)の係止部(3b)を押し上げていく。係止手
段(3)の押し上げは解除手段(6)がその基部(6
b)を中心に回動することにより円滑に行なわれる。図
示の実施例の様に解除手段(6)が前後方向の進退も可
能にされている場合は解除時の係止手段(3)に加わる
衝撃が該進退で吸収され緩和される。係止手段(3)が
一定以上押し上げられるところがり手段(4)は傾斜面
(2b)に従って図6に示す様に係止手段(3)のスト
ッパー(3a)に入り込んで来るため係止手段(3)は
動き(落下)停止された図1の状態に復帰する。次に解
除手段(6)の抵抗を小さく設定した場合については開
き戸(91)は地震のゆれの波毎の開き戸(91)の閉
じる方向の動きに対して図5の状態にとどまらずに図4
から図6を経て図1へと閉じられる。すなわち地震のゆ
れの波毎に図1から図4への動きと図4から図6を経て
図1への動きを繰り返すのである。開き戸(91)は地
震中にばたつきを繰り返すが開放してしまうことはない
のである。次に図7乃至図9は本発明の他のロック方法
及びそれを具体化した開き戸の地震時ロック装置を示
し、該ロック装置は係止手段(3)が短くされ従って装
置本体(1)も上下が薄くなっている。更に係止具
(5)の係止具主部(5a)の先端部の高さが高くされ
て開き戸(91)の開放速度が速くても確実な係止を可
能にしている。図10は図7乃至図9のロック装置を本
体(90)の天板に掘り込み(93)を設け該掘り込み
(93)に嵌入固定したものであり天板からの装置本体
