According to the present invention, there is provided a roll-type flat plate forming apparatus comprising: a flat plate provided on a gantry; and a press roll provided in a width direction of the plate at a predetermined interval above the flat plate. And a receiving roll provided below the presser roll in the plate width direction so as to be in contact with the back surface of the flat plate, a gap adjusting means for adjusting a distance between the flat plate and the presser roll, and a presser roll and a receiving roll. Interlocking rotation means for interlocking rotation, and moving means for moving the flat plate relatively to the holding roll and the receiving roll in the plate length direction, and pressing the plastic material placed on the flat plate by the holding roll. In a roll-type flat plate forming apparatus configured to form a flat plate having a thickness, the interval adjusting means receives a pressing roll and swings it to a required position around an axis of rotation of the roll via an arm member, and the interlocking means is provided. Rotation means It is reversely rotated together at the same peripheral speed by the rotational force applied to at least one of them causes a transmission coupled to the roll receiving a presser roll,
Further, the moving means frictionally engages or meshes the receiving roll with the back surface of the flat plate so as to be able to transmit, guides the flat plate to the gantry so as to be able to move in parallel in the plate length direction, and positions the receiving roll with the pressing roll. And is supported on a gantry.

In the distance adjusting means, the distance between the flat plate and the pressing roll is adjusted by swinging the pressing roll to a required position via an arm member around the rotation axis of the receiving roll, thereby adjusting the distance between the flat plate and the pressing roll. The thickness of the flat plate is set. In the interlocking rotating means, the pressing roll and the receiving roll are communicatively connected by meshing or the like, and at least one of them, for example, is interlockingly rotated in opposite directions at the same peripheral speed by a rotational force applied to the receiving roll. . Further, in the moving means, by rotation of the receiving roll, the flat plate frictionally engaged or meshed with the receiving roll on the back surface is guided by the gantry while being parallelly moved integrally with the plastic material in the plate length direction. The plastic material is formed into a flat plate having a required set plate thickness while being compressed when passing through the gap between the plate and the receiving roll.

In this case, the receiving roll is frictionally engaged or meshed with the flat plate at the back surface thereof. Therefore, when the plastic material is formed on the flat plate, the receiving roll is engaged with the frictionally engaging portion or the meshing portion between the receiving roll and the flat plate. The structure is such that a part of the plastic material does not easily enter. In some prior art, the meshing surface with the receiving roll is provided on the upper surface of the flat plate,
In this case, it becomes easy for the plastic material to enter the meshing portion, so that smooth translation of the flat plate is hindered and it is difficult to keep the surface of the formed flat plate flat.

In the moving means, if necessary,
By guiding the flat plate through the guide member in the plate length direction while regulating the movement in the plate width direction or the plate width direction and the height direction, the pressing plate and the receiving roll are formed during the forming of the plastic material. It can always be stably and linearly translated with respect to the roll with high accuracy. Further, by providing the supporting roll in contact with the back surface of the flat plate in the width direction of the plate at a position adjacent to the receiving roll and beyond the maximum swinging position of the pressing roll in the plate length direction, the pressing roll, the receiving roll and the supporting roll are provided. A triangular shape is formed by the roll and the flat plate and the plastic material can be stably pressed within the triangle, and the linear movement of the flat plate and the plastic material can be stably performed.

The moving means guides the flat plate to the gantry so as to be movable in the plate length direction, and instead of holding the receiving roll in a positional relationship with the holding roll and supporting the receiving roll with the gantry, the moving means is flat. In addition to fixing the face plate to the gantry, the receiving roll can be guided to the gantry and / or the flat plate so as to be able to move in parallel in the plate length direction while maintaining the positional relationship with the holding roll. With this configuration, the rotation of the receiving roll causes the receiving roll to be frictionally engaged with or meshed with the rear surface of the flat plate,
While maintaining the positional relationship with the presser roll, it moves in parallel with the presser roll while being guided by a flat plate or a gantry, and these presser rolls and receiving rolls press the flat plate and the plastic material on it under pinching. While passing, the plastic material is formed into a flat plate having a required set plate thickness while being compressed.

In the moving means, if necessary,
By controlling the movement of the receiving roll in the sheet width direction or the sheet width direction and the height direction while maintaining the positional relationship with the pressing roll and guiding the receiving roll through the guide member in the sheet length direction, the receiving roll and the pressing During the forming of the plastic material, the roll can always be stably and linearly and accurately moved in parallel with the flat plate. Also in this case, the supporting roll in contact with the back surface of the flat plate is provided adjacent to the receiving roll in the plate width direction at a position exceeding the maximum swing position of the pressing roll in the plate length direction, so that the pressing roll and the receiving roll are provided. And a support roll, a triangle is formed, a flat plate and a plastic material can be stably pressed in the triangle, and a stable linear movement of the receiving roll and the holding roll with respect to the flat plate and the plastic material is possible. Further, in the above-mentioned structure, if necessary, a fiber material is interposed between the plastic material and the press roll and between the plastic material and the flat plate, so that the press flat roll is not deformed or damaged. And can be smoothly separated from the flat plate. In addition, if necessary, by performing a non-slip treatment on the surface of the receiving roll when frictionally engaging with the surface of the pressing roll or the back surface of the flat plate,
The stable linear movement of the flat plate or the holding roll and the receiving roll becomes possible.

In the above configuration, after the distance between the flat plate 2 and the presser roll 10 is adjusted as described above, when the forming operation handle 15 is rotated, the movable table 23 is moved up and down by the horizontal guide rollers 3 and the vertical guide rollers. 4 and support roll 7
4, the receiving roll 5 and the holding roll 10 on the movable table 23 rotate in opposite directions at the same peripheral speed, and move in the same manner as in the case shown in FIG. The plastic material 21 is formed into a flat plate 22 having a required thickness at the same time that the roll 5, the support roll 7, and the presser roll 10 receive the face plate 2 and the plastic material 21 thereon and pass under the pressure.

According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, a simple and compact roll capable of accurately and efficiently forming a flat plate having a required plate thickness which is uniform and has good tightness from a plastic material. A flat plate forming apparatus can be obtained. Further, in the invention according to claim 3, the flat plate can be translated in a straight line with high accuracy at all times while the flat plate is relatively stable with respect to the pressing roll and the receiving roll during the forming of the plastic material. As a result, the operability of molding is improved, and a flat plate in a uniform and smooth compressed state is obtained.
