Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 ボイラーの缶体などの2次側に接続する
接続管と圧力を外部に逃す排水管とを具備する弁箱の上
面側に、前記接続管と連通する2次室を形成して、それ
の外面側に2次室内の圧力を感知して上下に作動するダ
イヤフラムを組付け、それの下面側に弁体を該ダイヤフ
ラムと共に上下に動くよう一体または一体的に設け、そ
の弁体の下面側に弾性資材よりなるシートを装設して、
ダイヤフラムの外面側に配位して弁箱に組付けるバネケ
ース内に配設する圧力設定用のバネにより下方に押し下
げ、この弁体の下方位置における弁箱内には、上端側が
開放口により前記2次室に連通し下端側が底壁に設けた
連通口を介して排水管に連通する上下方向の筒状部を装
設し、その筒状部の上方の開放口の周縁部に、前記弁体
の下降作動時にその弁体の周縁部に当接してその弁体の
下降作動を所定位置において規制するストッパーを装設
し、この筒状部内には、内筒状に形成した弁座金具を、
該筒状部に水密状態に挿入して上下に摺動自在に嵌装
し、この弁座金具の上端縁に前記弁体の下面の弾性資材
よりなるシートに対向する弁座を環状に形成するととも
にそれの内側に逃し口を形成して、筒状部の底壁又は底
壁に一体的にした取付金具と該弁座金具の支持金具との
間に介装する弱いバネにより上昇側に付勢し、この弁座
金具の上昇作動のエンドを規制する調節棒を、前記バネ
ケースまたは筒状部または弁箱内に設ける取付金具に、
上下の調節自在に組付け、この調節棒の上下調節により
圧力調整を行なうことを特徴とする給湯施設用の圧力逃
し弁。

連通口を介して排水管に連通する上下方向の筒状部を装
設し、その筒状部の上方の開放口の周縁部に、前記弁体
の下降作動時にその弁体の周縁部に当接してその弁体の
下降作動を所定位置において規制するストッパーを装設
し、この筒状部内には、内筒状に形成した弁座金具を、
該筒状部に水密状態に挿入して上下に摺動自在に嵌装
し、この弁座金具の上端縁に前記弁体の下面の弾性資材
よりなるシートに対向する弁座を環状に形成するととも
にそれの内側に逃し口を形成して、筒状部の底壁又は底
壁に一体的にした取付金具と該弁座金具の支持金具との
間に介装する弱いバネにより上昇側に付勢し、バネケー
スには、そのバネケースを上下に貫通する調節棒を、バ
ネケースに対して上下の調節自在に組付け、その調節棒
の下端側を、ダイヤフラムに組付けた弁体の中心部位に
開設せる透孔に水密を保持せしめて摺動自在に嵌挿し、
その調節棒の下端が上昇してくる弁座金具に当接してそ
れの上昇作動のエンドを規制するようにして、この調節
棒の上下調節により圧力調整を行なうことを特徴とする
給湯施設用の圧力逃し弁。

よりなるシートに対向する弁座を環状に形成するととも
にそれの内側に逃し口を形成して、筒状部の底壁又は底
壁に一体的にした取付金具と該弁座金具の支持金具との
間に介装する弱いバネにより上昇側に付勢し、この弁座
金具の上昇作動のエンドを規制する調節棒を、弁座金具
内に配して、それの上端側を弁座金具の支持金具に開設
した透孔に上下の摺動自在に嵌挿し、その透孔から上方
に突出する上端部に前記支持金具に対し衝合する規制部
材を設け、下端側を、前記筒状部の底壁または筒状部の
下方における弁箱内に設ける取付金具に上下の調節自在
に組付け、この調節棒の上下調節により圧力調整を行な
うことを特徴とする給湯施設用の圧力逃し弁。
