下面に装着したロック片(11)を前記マンホール枠の上端
部内周に形成した内フランジないし下向き段部(3)の下
に進出してマンホール蓋の開放を防止するロック装置に
おいて、マンホール蓋(4)を上下に貫通する上端部が大
径の段付貫通孔(6)と、この段付貫通孔に挿通された上
端に方向性を有するツール挿入部(15)を設けた大径頭部
(7)を有する操作ピン(8)と、段付貫通孔の段部(6a)と操
作ピンの大径頭部(7)との間で弾性圧縮状態で挟持され
ているゴム質のリング(10)と、操作ピンの下端に相対回
動不能に固定された上向き面に突部ないし切欠部を有す
るロック片(11)と、マンホール蓋の下面の段付貫通孔の
まわりの部分に前記ロック片の突部ないし切欠部と嵌合
するべく設けられた切欠部ないし突部とを備えた、マン
ホール蓋のロック装置。
