円周方向に複数に分割された外型とゴムクロ−ラの内周
面を画定する内型との間で未加硫ゴム部材を加硫するゴ
ムクロ−ラの成型方法において、中央部に芯金の一対の
突起が納まる輪状窪みを備え、ゴムクロ−ラの幅方向に
左右に分割可能な内型の外周上にてゴムクロ−ラの内周
側を構成する内周未加硫ゴムシ−トを幅方向左右に巻き
付け、内型の中央部に左右に一対の窪みを形成した加硫
ゴムバンドを巻き付け、一対の突起を備えた芯金の突起
を前記加硫ゴムバンドの窪み内に嵌め合わせてなり、こ
の芯金を囲んでメインコ−ドをスパイラル状に巻き付
け、更にゴムクロ−ラの外周側を構成する外周未加硫ゴ
ムシ−トを巻き付け、該ゴムクロ−ラ構成部品の外側に
円周方向に分割され径方向に移動可能な外型を配置し、
該外型を径方向に縮径加圧して前記ゴムクロ−ラの構成
部品を加圧し、これを加熱することによって前記未加硫
ゴムを加硫し、外型を径方向に移動すると共に、内型を
左右に移動分割してゴムクロ−ラより内外型を離型し、
その後加硫ゴムバンドを一対の突起間より剥離すること
を特徴とするゴムクロ−ラの成型方法。
