Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner sole of footwear with projection groups capable of more pressing and stimulating reflex areas existing in the sole of the foot. SOLUTION: Projection groups for pressing and stimulating the reflex areas of the sole of the foot are provided in such a manner as to alternate with positions of the projection groups 1-9 provided on the surface of the right inner sole 15r and the positions of the projection groups 10-14 provided on the surface of the left inner sole 15l. Thus as the whole, many reflex areas are pressed and stimulated to heighten the health promotion effect.
