According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a washer with a rotation preventing function, wherein the surface on which the member to be fastened is projected is screwed to the head of the corresponding bolt or the bolt in a direction in contact with the material to be fastened. If the bolt is inserted through the insertion hole while being interposed between any of the nuts to be tightened, the fastening member of the tightened member bites into the tightened material and the washer cannot rotate with respect to the tightened material. Therefore, even when it is necessary to fix the washer as a decorative washer at a predetermined position, there is no need to pay attention to the rotation angle of the washer, and tighten the head of the bolt or the nut screwed to the bolt. Work can be completed easily.

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 対応するボルトを挿通する挿通孔の周囲
片面より突起し前記挿通孔の中心からの距離が前記ボル
トのヘッドまたは前記ボルトに螺合するナットのいずれ
かの周囲平面部分に側部が接する大きさであるピン状の
金具係止部と、 他面より突起した被締付材係止部とを具備することを特
徴とする連れ廻り防止機能付座金。
