Description
本発明の燃料電池の製造法は、溶媒に溶かしたフッ化ピッチの溶液を、電極反応層、電極基材、またはガス流路の表面の少なくとも一部分、または電極反応層、電極基材、またはガス流路の表面を構成する原材料に塗布し、溶媒を乾燥、除去することによりフッ化ピッチを固着する工程を有することを特徴とする。
また、本発明は、フッ化ピッチを気相からの析出により、電極反応層、電極基材、またはガス流路の表面の少なくとも一部分、または電極反応層、電極基材、またはガス流路の表面を構成する原材料に固着する工程を含むことを特徴とする。
また、電極基材の電極反応層側の界面部分に、気相からの析出によりフッ化ピッチを形成することが有用である。
In the method for producing a fuel cell of the present invention, a solution of fluorinated pitch dissolved in a solvent is applied to at least a part of the surface of an electrode reaction layer, an electrode base material, or a gas flow path, or an electrode reaction layer, an electrode base material, or a gas. It is characterized by including a step of adhering to the raw materials constituting the above.
Further, it is useful to form a fluorine pitch by precipitation from the gas phase at the interface portion of the electrode base material on the electrode reaction layer side.
