Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a drain channel formed at a receiving beam and to easily specify a leakage place for the repair of a joint part by fitting prestressed concrete step floors to the receiving beam through level adjusting members, and disposing a gutter member at each joint part. SOLUTION: L-shape prestressed concrete step floors 11 are fitted to a receiving beam 12 to constitute stands for a stadium or the like. Horizontal parts 11a of the prestressed concrete step floors 11 are placed on step floor receiving raised parts 12a of the receiving beam 12 through level adjusting members 16 such as rubber packings. A sealant 13 is filled in a joint between the horizontal parts 11a of the adjacent prestressed concrete step floors 11, and a gutter member 15 is disposed at the lower part to protrude a drain pipe 15a from the upper end of a vertical part 11b of the lower step prestressed concrete step floor 11. A gasket 15b is disposed between the gutter member 15 and the prestressed concrete step floor 11, and a gasket 14 is disposed at a joint of the vertical part 11b. A drain channel formed at the receiving beam 12 is therefore dispensed with, and a leakage place of the joint part can be easily specified by the drain pipe 15a disposed at each step.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a water stopping / draining structure for a PC floor (precast concrete floor) constituting a seat for a stadium or the like. 2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) to 2 (c), a conventional PC floor 21 constituting a seat for a stadium or the like includes:
There is known an L-shaped front horizontal portion 21a and rear vertical portion 21b. [0003] Further, as a water stoppage / drainage structure employed at the joint in the span direction of the PC step floor 21, a seal member 23 is provided at the joint to achieve water stop and the PC step floor 21 is placed. By integrally providing horizontal and vertical continuous drainage grooves 22a 'along the stepped floor receiving shank portions 22a of the receiving beam 22 to leak water such as rainwater leaking at joints to the bottom. The mainstream is the one described above. [0004] However, in the above-mentioned conventional waterproof / drainage structure of the PC floor 21, the leakage of rainwater or the like leaked from a joint at a high place constructed in a multi-stage manner. Is leaked after being guided to the lowest floor, it is extremely difficult to identify the part that is actually leaking if it is leaking in the middle of the multi-staged floor. . The PC floor 21 is provided with a drain 22
Since a ′ is integrally formed with the shank portion 22a for receiving the stepped floor of the receiving beam 22, there is a drawback that the manufacturing is troublesome.
Forming a ′ integrally is disadvantageous in terms of manufacturing, weight and cost. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention focuses on the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art and solves the problem. The purpose of the present invention is to complicate the conventional trouble of integrally forming a drainage ditch at the time of manufacturing a receiving beam. In addition, the seal member provided at the joint can stop the water at the joint, and even if rainwater or the like leaks at the joint, the joint part that is actually leaking can be easily specified, and the rapid An object of the present invention is to provide a water stoppage / drainage structure of a PC floor that enables restoration. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned object.
A seal member is provided along a joint in the span direction of the step floor, and a gutter member provided with a drain port for draining water leaking from the joint is provided below the joint for each step floor. It is in the water stoppage and drainage structure of the PC floor. According to this aspect, the sealing member provided at the joint can prevent water from stopping at the joint, without the conventional trouble that the drainage groove is integrally formed at the time of manufacturing the receiving beam. In this case, even if rainwater or the like leaks, the joint that has actually leaked can be easily specified, and quick restoration can be performed. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In the water stopping / draining structure of a PC floor according to the present invention, the joint in the span direction of the PC floor is:
A gap between adjacent PC steps in the extending direction when the PC steps are mounted on receiving beams provided at predetermined intervals. In the present invention, a non-molded sealing material, a molded gasket, a hard rubber, or the like can be used as a sealing material, and a stainless steel plate, a rust-proof iron plate, PVC, or the like is used as a material of the gutter member. Can be listed as The shape of the gutter member may be any shape as long as it can smoothly drain water such as rainwater leaking at the joint.
There is no particular limitation. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
Here, FIG. 1 shows one embodiment of the present invention, in which (a) is a schematic perspective view, (b) is a schematic side view, and (c) is a schematic front view. The water stopping and draining structure of the PC floor shown in FIG.
In a mode in which the L-shaped PC floor 11 having the front horizontal portion 11a and the rear vertical portion 11b is attached to the receiving beam 12, P
A drainage drainage pipe 15a (drain outlet) for providing a seal member 13 along the joint in the span direction of the C-floor 11 and draining leakage water such as rainwater leaking from the joint.
Are provided below the joint for each step floor 11. In FIG. 1, one end of a gutter member 15 is placed on a stepped floor receiving portion 12a of a receiving beam 12.
The other end provided with the drainage drainage pipe 15a has a lower P
It is mounted on the rear vertical portion 11b of the C-stage 11. On both sides of each end of the gutter member 15, level adjusting members (rubber packing or the like) 16 for substantially receiving the load of the PC floor 11 are arranged (FIG. 1 (c)). Further, a gasket 15b is provided on the entire upper end side of the weir of the gutter member 15, and the gutter member 15 and the step floor 1 are provided.
The gap with 1 is brought into close contact to reduce unnecessary leakage. A gasket 14 is further disposed at the joint of the rear vertical portion 11b of the PC floor 11. The leakage of rainwater or the like leaking at the rear vertical portion 11b is performed by a gutter member 15.
It is considered to guide to. The portion indicated by reference numeral 17 in FIG. 1 (b) is a space that does not require a flotation for receiving each stepped floor. According to the water stopping / draining structure of the PC floor described above, the water is stopped by the sealing material provided at the joint, and even if the sealing material is damaged and rainwater or the like leaks at the joint, the floor of the floor is prevented. Since the leaked water is drained from the drain port through the gutter member provided for each, it is easy to specify the joint part that is actually leaking. The water stoppage / drainage structure of the PC floor of the present invention is as follows.
A seal member is provided along the joint in the span direction of the PC floor, and a gutter member provided with a drain port for draining water leakage from the joint is provided below the joint for each floor. The seal member provided at the joint can prevent water from stopping at the joint without complicating the conventional trouble of integrally forming the drainage groove at the time of manufacturing the receiving beam, and even if rainwater leaks at the joint Thus, it is possible to easily specify the joint part that has actually leaked, and it is possible to perform quick restoration.
