At this time, if the adhesive strength is weak, the bag may drop off and the stored documents may be lost. Therefore, an adhesive tape having a strong adhesive strength is generally used. When the user who purchased the product peels the bag from the cardboard box during unpacking, the thin skin of the cardboard peels off following the adhesive tape and adheres to the adhesive tape, which is unsightly. Also, as is frequently experienced, when the adhesive tape is peeled off from the bag in order to use the bag peeled from the cardboard box as it is as a storage bag for storage documents, the bag is damaged and is suitable as a storage bag. Cannot be used for.

The weakly welded layer 17a can be formed by, for example, subjecting the surface of the film sheet 13 to corona discharge treatment or coating thin silicon.
Such a weakly welded layer 17a may be provided on the entire surface of the film sheet 13, or may be provided in a band shape along the sheet welded portion 16. When the weak welding layer 17a is not provided, the film sheet 13 and the back film portion 6 are welded to each other in the sheet welding portion 16 in a non-separable manner.
Since a is provided, the film sheet 13 and the back film portion 6 can be welded in a state in which they are "mildly" prevented from being welded to each other. The welding in a state in which the welding is "mildly" means that after welding, the back film portion 6 can be peeled off from the film sheet 13 with "strong force", without rupturing the sheet or the film. This means a state where the weakly welded layer 17a can be peeled off.

The release layer 17b can be formed by coating the surface of the film sheet 13 with, for example, a transparent varnish or urethane-based ink. It is preferable to provide it, but it may be provided only at one of the upper end vicinity portion and the lower end vicinity portion. Therefore, the release layer 17
b is provided so as to overlap the weakly welded layer 17a. As a result, the film sheet 13 and the back film portion 6 are welded to each other at both ends or one end of the welded portion 16 along both side edges of the adhesive sheet 3 in a state in which the mutual welding is "severely" hindered. The welding in the state where the welding is "severely" hindered means that after the welding, from the film sheet 13 to the back film portion 6
Means that it can be peeled off with "weak force". That is, the force F2 required to peel off the peeling layer 17b is F1> F2 in contrast to the force F1 required to peel off the weakly welded layer 17a. In the illustrated example, the peeling layer 17b is laminated on a portion of the weakly welded layer 17a formed on the film sheet 13.
May be formed on the surface of the back film portion 6, or
It may be formed on both sides of the film sheet 13 and the back film portion 6, and in short, it may be provided between the film sheet 13 and the back film portion 6.

[How to Use Storage Bag] When using the storage bag 1 according to the above-mentioned embodiment and packing storage documents such as a warranty card and an instruction manual when packing electrical products and other products, a large number of them are required in advance. The storage documents are stored in each of the storage bags 1. That is, after the storage document is loaded into the storage chamber 8 through the opening 9 of the bag body 2, the release tape 11 is peeled off, and the sealing piece 10 is bent to move the adhesive tape 11 to the front film portion 5.
The storage document is sealed in the bag body 2 by adhering it to the corresponding position.

Storage bag 1 having storage documents stored in the bag body 2
When the adhesive sheet 14 is attached to an adherend 18 such as a cardboard box, the adhesive layer 14 exposed by peeling the release sheet 15 from the attaching sheet 3 can be adhered or attached to the adherend 18. good. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2A, the storage bag 1 in which the bag body 2 and the adhesive sheet 3 are integrated is attached to the adherend 18. Therefore, the sticking work only requires the peeling work of the release sheet 15 and the bonding work by the adhesive layer 14, and can be performed extremely quickly and efficiently. Then, in this state, the bag body 2 storing the storage documents is
The adhesive sheet 3 adhered to the adherend 18 is integrated by the sheet welding portions 16 on both side edge portions and therefore does not fall off.

When the user who purchases the product picks up the stored document when unpacking it, pulling the bag body 2 causes the sheet welding portion 16 to be peeled off, and the stored document can be obtained as shown in FIG. 2 (B). The stored bag body 2 is separated from the adhesive sheet 3. The bag body 2 and the adhesive sheet 3 have sheet welding portions 16 and 1 on both side edge portions.
Since a space can be formed freely between 6 and 6, the user's fingertip can be inserted between the bag body 2 and the adhesive sheet 3, and the bag body 2 can be easily pulled.

When the user inserts his / her fingertip between the upper end portion between the bag body 2 and the adhesive sheet 3 when peeling off the bag body 2, as shown in FIG. When the sheet is welded, the sheet welded portion 16 is easily peeled off by the peeling layer 17b in the upper end region. Therefore, when the bag body 2 is peeled from the adhesive sheet 3 in the upper end region, this serves as a guide for the subsequent peeling, and when the bag body 2 is continuously pulled, the weakly welded layer 17a is relatively easily peeled. In particular, when such a peeling layer 17b is not provided and the sheet welding portion 16 is formed in the upper end region only through the weak welding layer 17a, when the upper end portion of the bag body 2 starts to be pulled, the sticking is performed. While the adhesive layer 14 tends to peel off from the adherend 18 by pulling the sheet 3 at the same time, when the peeling layer 17b is provided, there is no risk of peeling off the adhesive layer 14 and the bag body 2 Only the adhesive sheet 3 can be easily peeled off with a weak force.

On the contrary, when the user inserts the fingertip from the lower end between the bag body 2 and the adhesive sheet 3 when peeling off the bag body 2, as shown in FIG. When the lower end of the sheet welding portion 16 is pulled, the sheet welded portion 16 is easily peeled off by the peeling layer 17b in the lower end region. Therefore, when the bag body 2 is peeled off from the adhesive sheet 3 in the lower end region, this serves as a guide for the subsequent peeling, and when the bag body 2 is continuously pulled, the weakly welded layer 17a is also peeled off relatively easily. Also in this case, as in the case described above, there is no risk of peeling the adhesive layer 14 at the start of peeling, and only the bag body 2 can be easily peeled from the adhesive sheet 3 with a weak force.

In this way, by pulling the bag body 2,
When the back film portion 6 of the bag body 2 is peeled off from the film sheet 13, the sheet welding portion 16 can be peeled off with an extremely weak force through the peeling layer 17b in the initial stage. Then, when the peeling is continued by pulling the bag body 2 continuously, the peeling at the portion of the peeling layer 17b is developed as a guide thereafter, and the peeling of the weakly welded layer 7a is facilitated.
After peeling off the bag body 2, the adhesive sheet 3 attached to the adherend 18 may be discarded as it is together with the adherend 18.

When the laminated strips 19 to be intermittently transferred are stopped, a dividing line C orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the laminated strips 19 is formed.
A bag welding portion 7 is formed by mutually welding the front and back film portions 5 and 6 of the bag material 2x along with, and the back film portion 6 and the film sheet 13 are formed via the weak welding layer 17a and the peeling layer 17b. Melt and weld. In the case of the illustrated embodiment, the dividing line C is along the background portion 2c of the bag material 2x, and is fused and welded along the center line of the background portion 2c. As a result, the sheet welding portion 16 including the background portion 2a is formed, and the storage bag 1 having a width dimension corresponding to the intermittent transfer pitch is obtained.

As described above, the step of forming the bag welding portion 7, the step of forming the sheet welding portion 16, and the step of cutting the laminated strip 19 are performed by one fusing step along the dividing line C. That is, if the laminated strip 19 is melt-cut along the parting line C with the melt-cutting blade, the front and back film parts 5, 6 are enough.
Simultaneously with the formation of the bag welding portion 7 which is fusion-welded to each other, the sheet welding portion 16 in which the film sheet 13 and the back film portion 6 are fusion-welded through the weak welding layer 17a and the peeling layer 17b is formed, and the release Laminated strip 1 including sheet 15
9 can be fused at the same time along the dividing line C. At this time, since the release sheet 15 is provided with a release treatment film such as a silicon film, the release sheet 15 and the film sheet 13 are not welded along the fusing line,
Even if they are welded, they are in a weakly welded state, which allows the release sheet 15 to be peeled off during later use.

Alternatively, instead of one fusing step, two steps of a fusing step along the dividing line C and a fusing step may be performed. That is, first, by pressing a heating means such as a heating plate along the dividing line C, the bag welding portion 7 in which the front and back film portions 5 and 6 are welded to each other on the laminated strip 19 and the film sheet 13. The sheet welding portion 16 in which the back film portion 6 is welded via the weak welding layer 17a and the peeling layer 17b is formed at the same time. Therefore, the bag welding portion 7 and the sheet welding portion 16
A band-shaped welding line including is formed in the width direction of the laminated band-shaped body 19 along the background portion 2c. After that, the storage bag 1 is obtained by fusing the laminated band-shaped body 19 with the fusing blade along the dividing line C on the band-shaped welding line.

EFFECT OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, when a bag containing a storage document is attached to an adherend such as a corrugated cardboard box, an adhesive tape such as cellophane tape is fed from the roll for a predetermined length and cut and attached. According to the present invention, the release sheet 15 is peeled from the adhesive sheet 3 of the storage bag 1 in which the storage documents are stored, whereas the attachment work of the bag body is complicated and inefficient. By simply adhering the exposed adhesive layer 14 to the adherend 18, the storage bag 1 in which the bag body 2 and the adhesive sheet 3 are integrated can be easily adhered to the adherend 18. Therefore,
The sticking work includes the peeling work of the release sheet 15 and the adhesive layer 1.
It is extremely quick and efficient because only the bonding work by 4 is sufficient. Moreover, the bag body 2 containing the stored documents is the adherend 1.
Since it is integrated with the adhesive sheet 3 adhered to the sheet 8 by the sheet welding portions 16 on both side edge portions, there is no risk of falling off, and there is no loss.

Even when the user who purchases the product picks up the storage document at the time of unpacking, conventionally, it is necessary to peel off the adhesive tape from the bag body, which may damage the bag body. On the other hand, according to the present invention, the bag body 2 can be easily separated from the adhesive sheet 3 simply by strongly pulling the bag body 2. That is, the sheet welded portion 16 is detachably welded via the peeling layer 17b and the weakly welding layer 17a. Therefore, when the bag body 2 is peeled off, the user inserts the fingertip from the upper end portion or the lower end portion between the bag body 2 and the adhesive sheet 3 and pulls the bag body 2 to pull out the sheet welding portion 16
Is first easily peeled off by the peeling layer 17b. Thus, when the bag body 2 is peeled from the adhesive sheet 3 at the upper end portion or the lower end portion, this serves as a guide for later peeling, and if the bag body 2 is subsequently pulled, the weakly welded layer 17a becomes relatively easy. It is peeled off. Therefore, the bag body 2 can be easily separated from the adhesive sheet 3 by peeling off the sheet welding portion 16, and at this time, the adhesive layer 14 is peeled off from the adherend 18 or the bag body 2 is damaged. There is no such thing. As a result, it is convenient that the independent bag body 2 separated from the adhesive sheet 3 can be used as it is as a packaging bag for storing or storing the storage documents.
