Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component housing case which is reduced in manufacturing cost and easily built in a lighting equipment main body. SOLUTION: An electric component housing case 1b is composed of a case main body 2, a case lid 3, a lower insulating sheet 4, and an upper insulating sheet 6 to house a printed board 5 mounted with electrical components 5a. Cutout pieces 10a to 10d provided to slopes 3p and 3q of the case lid 3 are bent inward to be horizontal in position so as to bear an upper insulating sheet 6. The slopes 3p and 3q are provided to the case lid 3 so as to enable the case lid 3 to be engaged with the case main body 2, so that the case lid 3 is easily deformed when a pressure is applied to an upper flat part 3r of the case lid 3, and the housing case 1b can be built easily into a lighting equipment main body. Since unnecessary parts of an insulating sheet are removed, an electric component housing case can be reduced in manufacturing cost.

[0003] Reference numeral 2 denotes a case body, which is formed by bending a metal plate to provide side walls 2x and 2y and has a substantially groove-shaped cross section. Reference numeral 3 denotes a case lid, which is formed by bending a metal plate to provide side walls 3x and 3y, and similarly formed in a substantially groove shape in cross section. Side wall 3x of case lid 3
Are formed with engaging portions 3a and 3b. Although not shown, engaging portions 3c and 3d are formed on the other side wall 3y at positions symmetrical to the engaging portions 3a and 3b. These engaging portions are provided by forming a portion projecting inside the case lid 3 by, for example, embossing.

That is, the insulating sheet 7 passes from the bottom surface of the case main body 2 to the side walls on both sides of the case main body 2 and passes through the case lid 3.
Extends to the inside. Both ends of the insulating sheet 7 are bonded and fixed using a double-sided tape or the like. As described above, the insulating sheet 7 wraps around the printed circuit board 5 and insulates the electric component 5a from the case body 2 and the case lid 3, so that the insulating performance can be improved. Therefore, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost of the electrical component storage case increases.

FIG. 4 is a vertical sectional side view showing a schematic structure of an improved electric component storage case in which the manufacturing cost is reduced by reducing the amount of the insulating sheet used. The same components as those in FIG. 3 or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals. In this example, instead of using the insulating sheet 7 covering the entire inner surface of the case composed of the case body 2 and the case lid 3, the insulating sheet 7 is separated into a lower insulating sheet 4 and an upper insulating sheet 6 and arranged on the inner surface of the case. The lower insulating sheet 4 is provided with side walls 4x, 4y having a height lower than the side walls 2x, 2y on both sides of the case main body 2 so as to form a substantially groove-shaped cross section. 2 on the bottom. Projections 8 and 9 are formed on the inner side wall of the case lid 3 and the upper insulating sheet 6 is placed thereon. As described above, in the configuration of FIG. 4, by separating the insulating sheet into the lower insulating sheet 4 and the upper insulating sheet 6,
There is an advantage that the usage amount of the insulating sheet on the inner wall portion of the case can be reduced and the manufacturing cost of the electric component storage case can be reduced. The electric component storage case as shown in FIG. 4 is incorporated into the lighting fixture body together with the discharge lamp.

In recent years, there has been a demand for reduction in size and weight of lighting equipment, and the installation space for an electric component storage case of the lighting equipment body has been reduced. For this reason, the incorporation of the electric component storage case into the lighting fixture main body requires skill, but in particular, since the space between the upper cover of the lighting fixture main body and the electric component storage case is narrow, the case lid is flexibly deformed. It is desirable.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric component storage case having a case body formed in a substantially groove-shaped cross section and a height of a side wall being lower than a height of a side wall of the case body. A lower insulating sheet formed in a substantially groove-shaped cross section and arranged on the bottom surface of the case body; a case lid engaged with and fixed to the case body; and an upper insulating sheet fixed inside the case lid, and an electric component therein. In the electrical component storage case, the case lid includes an upper flat portion, an inclined portion formed by being bent from both side edges of the upper flat portion to both sides, and an end portion of each inclined portion. And a notch formed at the periphery of the opening provided in each inclined portion is bent inward in the horizontal direction to form a fixing member for the upper insulating sheet. , Case lid and case book It is achieved by a configuration in which a holding member for holding the.

According to the above feature of the present invention, since the case lid is provided with the inclined portion and is fixedly engaged with the case main body, when the pressing force is applied to the case lid, the case lid is easily deformed, and the electric component storage case is formed. Work becomes easier. Also,
Since the notch is supported by the case body to reinforce the holding force, the case cover does not fall into the case body even when a pressing force is applied to the case cover. Furthermore, since the insulating sheet is arranged only on the bottom surface, the top surface and a part of the side surface in the case,
The use amount of the insulating sheet is reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the electric component storage case can be reduced.

Further, since the notch pieces 10a to 10d are used in combination as a support member for the case lid 3 and a mounting member for the upper insulating sheet 6, there is no need to separately provide a mounting member for the upper insulating sheet 6. The number of parts does not increase. Further, since the upper insulating sheet 6 is fixed inside the inclined portions 3p and 3q of the case lid 3, the overall size of the electric component storage case 1b does not increase.

A lower insulating sheet that is formed in a substantially groove-shaped cross-section with the height of the side wall being lower than the height of the side wall of the case main body and is disposed on the bottom surface of the case main body; a case lid engaged with and fixed to the case main body; In an electric component storage case including an upper insulating sheet fixed inside, and in which an electric component is stored therein, the case lid is inclined upward and downward from both side edges of the upper flat portion and both side edges of the upper flat portion. The inclined part formed by bending and the side wall that is bent and formed vertically from the end of each inclined part, and the notch piece formed on the periphery of the opening provided in each inclined part is inward in the horizontal direction. Folded in
An electric component storage case comprising: a fixing member for the upper insulating sheet; and a holding member for holding a case lid to a case body.
