Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating furnace having a moving hearth in which skid rails acting as composing material for a movable hearth and a fixed hearth can be endured against a long-term usage without showing any local wearing, an amount of usage of the skid rails is small and a loss of heat removed through a water-cooled pipe is low. SOLUTION: In a heating furnace having a movable hearth in which at movable hearth and a fixed hearth provided with water-cooled pipes having skid rails for supporting material are applied as an inter-furnace transporting device and the materials supported on the fixed hearth are transported intermittently at a predetermined transporting stroke S under an upward or downward motion and a forward or rearward motion of the movable hearth and heated, the skid rails 16 having a length L capable of supporting one piece of material W are fixed to a water-cooled pipe 15 in a fixing pitch P in a furnace length direction which is equal to the transporting stroke S so as to cause the material W to be supported within a range of the length L of the skid rails 16.

And a large number of the skid rails 41 are arranged in a dense state so that the clearance between the skid rails 41 is small (for example, 20 to 30 mm). The surface pressure of the part and the rear corner becomes excessive and wears out locally, so that it cannot withstand long-term use, and may cause the material to fall over. There are many problems, such as bulkiness and a large heat loss due to the water cooling tube 15 via the skid rail 41.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a charging roller for charging a material;
Is an extraction roller for extracting the material, and the extraction roller 12 can enter the furnace only at the time of extraction, but its detailed illustration is omitted. As shown in FIG. 2, in this example, the movable beam 5 and the fixed beam 6 have a bent portion G inclined at a small angle in the horizontal plane, thereby reducing the skid mark generated at the bottom of the material. The movable beam 5 and the fixed beam 6 are shown in FIG.
5 has the same structure, and a skid rail 1 is provided above a water cooling pipe 15 made of steel pipe through which cooling water flows.
6 are mounted by welding at a mounting pitch P in the furnace length direction equal to the transport stroke S of the material W. Reference numeral 16a denotes a saddle serving as a base of the skid rail 16, which is welded to the water cooling tube 15, and 16b denotes a skid body welded thereon. The length L of the skid body 16b in the furnace length direction supports one material W. The possible length, ie, the width T of the material W in the furnace length direction + the extra dimension (for example, 20 to 30 mm). In this example, the center Q of the length L of the skid rail 16 (specifically, the skid body 16b) is the center of the support position of the material W on the movable and fixed beams by the walking operation (that is, the center of the width T of the material W) R The skid rail 16 is attached to the water cooling tube 15 so that

Reference numeral 17 denotes an auxiliary skid which is provided in advance as necessary, for example, to prevent overturning of the material W when the material W is excessively bent during the transfer in the furnace.
It is welded to the water cooling tube 15 at the middle part between 6 and 16. Since the auxiliary skid 17 does not always hold the material W, the skid body 1 of the skid rail 16
6b, an inexpensive material having low heat resistance and low wear resistance may be used. Reference numeral 18 denotes a refractory which covers the respective parts except for the heads of the skid rail 16 and the auxiliary skid 17, prevents the temperature rise and oxidation of the respective parts, and suppresses the heat loss due to the water cooling tube 15.

Material W of movable beam 5 and fixed beam 6
Since the skid rail 16 is present at the support position and the material W is supported within the range of the length L of the skid rail 16, the front corner and the rear corner of the skid rail 16 are locally worn. No problem, and the upper surface is worn almost uniformly, so that it can withstand long-term use. In addition, since the skid rails 16 need only be provided at the material support positions, the amount of the skid rails 16 made of an expensive heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant material can be reduced, and the heat is removed by the water cooling tube 15 via the skid rails 16. Less heat loss is required.

In this example, since the center Q of the length L of the skid rail 16 coincides with the center R of the material supporting position on the movable beam 5 and the fixed beam 6, the front and rear sides of the material W are also provided. 2. A movable hearth provided with a water cooling tube to which a skid rail for material support is attached and a fixed hearth as an in-furnace transfer device, and the movable hearth is supported on the fixed hearth by moving up and down and back and forth. In a moving hearth type heating furnace which heats while transporting the material intermittently at a predetermined transport stroke, the skid having a length capable of simultaneously supporting two of the materials at positions separated by the transport stroke. A rail is mounted on the water-cooled tube at a mounting pitch in a furnace length direction equal to twice the transport stroke, so that the material is supported within the length of the skid rail. Hearth heating furnace.
