[0004] By the way, the shoulder cover, compared to the container body,
It has the disadvantage of being small and difficult to grasp. Therefore, we developed a structure that allows the shoulder cover and the overcap to be simultaneously removed from the container body by using an overcap that is easier to grasp than the shoulder cover and that is assumed to be removable. That is, this structure is particularly useful for a small-diameter container body. Because the body of a small-diameter container has a narrow shoulder width, creating a shoulder cover attached to this will inevitably shorten the diameter and height of the shoulder cover, making it more difficult to secure a place to grip the shoulder cover Because it becomes.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a synthetic resin shoulder cover is attached to a metal container body provided with a spray button, and the synthetic resin shoulder cover is attached to the shoulder cover. In an aerosol container in which an overcap is detachably provided, a deformable elastic body is used as a material of a shoulder cover, and between an inner peripheral wall and an outer peripheral wall provided on the shoulder cover,
Hold the inverted U-shaped part of the container body, and in the lower part of the inner peripheral wall,
A plurality of slits and a claw portion are formed at a lower end portion along a circumferential direction, and the claw portion is elastically locked to a lower portion of an inner peripheral surface of the inverted U-shaped portion.

In the container body, an inverted U-shaped portion provided on a peripheral portion of the mounting cap is clinched to a bead portion of the can body. To install the shoulder cover, use the reverse U
The claw provided on the inner peripheral wall of the shoulder cover is completed by resiliently engaging the inner peripheral surface of the U-shaped portion, but the elastic force of the shoulder cover temporarily reduces the diameter of the inner peripheral wall by the width of the slit. Because of this structure, the force required at the time of engagement can be reduced. The reason why the inverted U-shaped portion is sandwiched by the shoulder cover is to prevent the shoulder cover from rotating along the circumferential direction.

In the first aspect of the present invention, the locking relationship between the container body and the shoulder cover is specified.
When specifying the locking relationship between the shoulder cover and the overcap, a deformable elastic body is used for the material of the overcap as in the invention according to claim 2, and a circle is formed below the inner peripheral surface of the overcap. An engaging portion is formed along the circumferential direction, and an engaged portion is formed on the shoulder cover to be engaged with the engaging portion at a position of the same height, and the engaging portion and the engaged portion are formed. However, in normal times, only the tip portion may be shallowly overlapped, and may be deeply overlapped and engaged during pressing deformation.

[0010] The provision of the engaging portion along the circumferential direction means that one engaging portion is continuously provided in the circumferential direction and the engaging portion is provided in an annular shape over the entire circumference, or a pressing portion opposed to the other. In the concept including the case where only the part is provided in a C-shape, and the case where a plurality of engaging portions are provided intermittently, if provided intermittently, the locking condition is weak so that when ejecting the contents, The work of attaching and detaching the overcap is facilitated, and the force for pressing and deforming the overcap is small. In addition, as an example of the material of the elastic body used for the shoulder cover and the overcap, a commonly used synthetic resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene is used.

The outer peripheral wall 33 is formed in a stepped shape in which the upper part has a smaller diameter than the lower part, and the corner of the inner surface of the step part 37 is placed on the upper part of the inverted U-shaped part 24. . As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, an engaged portion 38 that detachably engages with the engaging portion 41 of the overcap 4 is provided substantially at the center of the outer surface of the upper portion of the outer peripheral wall 33. It is provided continuously along the direction.

The engaged portion 38 is formed so as to protrude outward, while the engaging portion 41 is protruded so as to face inward on the opposite side to the engaged portion 38. Is formed. In a normal state where no external force is applied to the lower end of the overcap 4, as shown in FIG. 3, the distal end of the engaging portion 41 and the distal end of the engaged portion 38 overlap vertically and shallowly. When the outer cover 4 and the shoulder cover 3 are simultaneously removed, when an external force is applied so that the diameter of the lower portion of the overcap 4 is reduced, the engaging portion 41 moves along the slope of the cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. The entire area of the engaged portion 38 is deeply overlapped. Therefore, the lower end surface of the overcap 4 and the shoulder cover 3 are so overlapped with each other that they can be deeply overlapped.
It is desirable to provide a gap between the stepped portion 37. The external force is transmitted to the upper portion of the shoulder cover 3 but is not transmitted to the lower portion.
The force for pinching 4 is the same as in normal times, and thus does not affect the force for removing shoulder cover 3 from container body 2.

The aerosol container of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, overcap 4
May be provided with a plurality of slits at the bottom (not shown),
In this case, the external force for reducing the diameter of the overcap 4 can be reduced. In addition, the engagement part 41 is not limited to two places. The present invention is suitable for use in a small container main body 2 having a diameter of 35 mm or less, but can be used in a large container main body 2.

As described above, according to the present invention, in the present invention, the inverted U-shaped portion is sandwiched between the inner peripheral wall and the outer peripheral wall with the shoulder cover attached to the container body. Moreover, since the claw portion of the inner peripheral wall is locked to the lower portion of the inner peripheral surface of the inverted U-shaped portion, there is no possibility that the claw portion will come off during normal use. Also, when removing the shoulder cover, grasping the shoulder cover and pulling it upward causes the pulling force applied to the claw to reduce the diameter of the lower portion of the inner peripheral wall by the amount of the slit, thereby locking the inverted U-shaped portion and the claw. It becomes weaker and easily comes off with human power.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the distal end of the engaging portion and the distal end of the engaged portion overlap each other, the degree of engagement between the shoulder cover and the overcap is weak. Work can be done easily. When disposing of the aerosol container, if the lower portion of the overcap attached to the shoulder cover is pressed and deformed in a direction in which the diameter is reduced by utilizing the elasticity of the overcap, the engaging portion and the engaged portion are displaced. The shoulder cover and the overcap can be simultaneously removed from the container body by pulling the shoulder cover and the overcap as they are deeply overlapped with each other and the locking condition is strengthened.
Therefore, the synthetic resin shoulder cover and the metal container body can be easily separated and disposed.
