Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To multi-functionalize a floor panel unit by improving the soundproof function of a soundproof floor, improving the durability, and adding heat insulating performance. SOLUTION: This floor panel unit 1 having an upper end opening, box-type styrene foam case 3, is stuck and fixed in a prescribed section area except for the circumferential edge in the rear face of the floor panel 2 of a plywood or a particle board, with a glass wool sound absorbing and heat insulating material 4 filled therein. The floor panel 2 is mounted on joists 5 and the soundproof plywood 6 is laid on the floor panel 2 as necessary to be constructed into a soundproof and heat insulating floor.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, there has been a tendency to use sound-insulating flooring materials with enhanced soundproofing on floors of apartment houses and other condominiums. Various soundproofing plywoods are generally used as the soundproofing flooring, such as a plywood in which a soundproofing sheet such as a rubber sheet is pressure-bonded in the middle, and a plywood in which a cushioning material such as sponge is stuck on the back surface.

As a floor structure of a wooden house using this type of soundproof plywood as a floor, there are two types of floor structure: a soundproof plywood laid in a single layer on a square joist, and a discarded panel laid on a joist. There is a discarded structure in which soundproof plywood is laid on a single layer. The discarded panel is wood only plywood or particle board. Moreover, in a concrete house, there is a soundproof floor structure in which a discarded panel or a soundproof plywood is supported on a concrete floor by supporting legs of bolts.

The soundproof plywood described above has various shapes and cross-sectional structures, and its soundproof performance also varies depending on the application. Generally, the more complex and expensive the structure, the better the soundproof performance. . For this reason, there is a problem that expensive soundproof plywood has to be used in floor construction and renovation, such as an apartment house, which requires a high level of soundproofing performance on downstairs.

[0005] Even if the soundproofing performance of the soundproofing plywood is somewhat poor, the soundproofing performance of the entire soundproofing floor can be improved by laying the soundproofing plywood on a discarding panel to form a two-layer soundproofing floor. The soundproofing property itself is poor, and the effect of improving the soundproofing performance of the entire two-layer soundproofing floor by this discarded panel is small. Therefore, sound absorbing material such as glass wool is attached to the back of the discarded panel to provide sound insulation to the discarded panel itself. In this case, the sound absorbing material on the back of the discarded panel becomes It absorbs moisture from concrete floors, etc., and the moisture is absorbed by the panel, which causes the panel to warp, and the warp deforms a part of the soundproof plywood on the panel. The floor appearance may deteriorate.

A sound absorbing material such as a soundproof plywood or a glass wool to be adhered to the back of a discarded panel is also a heat insulating material.
It has also been practiced to increase the amount of sound-absorbing heat insulating material such as glass wool to use as a floor material for floor heating. However, also in this case, the sound-absorbing heat-insulating material absorbs moisture and may warp the soundproof plywood or the discarded panel, and furthermore, absorbing moisture may lower the heat insulating property and deteriorate the thermal efficiency of floor heating. .

Here, the floor panel of plywood or particle board may correspond to a conventional discarded panel.
The floor panel unit is constituted by fixing the sound absorbing heat insulating material on the back surface of the floor panel by surrounding it with a styrofoam case. The sound-absorbing heat-insulating material absorbs the sound transmitted inside and outside the floor panel, and enhances the sound insulation performance of the entire floor panel unit. In addition, the sound-absorbing heat insulating material and the styrofoam case are both excellent heat insulating materials. If the floor panel unit is used for a floor plate having a floor heating structure, a floor heating structure with good thermal efficiency can be realized. In addition, since the Styrofoam case has excellent water and moisture resistance, it protects the sound-absorbing heat insulating material from external moisture, prevents deformation (warpage) of the floor panel unit, and prevents deterioration of heat insulation.

The outer and inner protective portions of the styrofoam integrally formed on the outer periphery of each styrofoam case protect the peripheral edge of the floor panel from external impact when the floor panel unit is packed or transported. When the unit is constructed on joists or the like, it is cut and separated by a blade as necessary. The cutting and separation of the extension protection portion can be easily performed manually because the extension protection portion is made of styrene foam.

At the floor construction site, separation of the extension protection portions 3a and 3b is selected. In the construction of the soundproof floor of FIG.
Each of the extending protection portions 3 a and 3 b of one floor panel unit 1 is cut and separated, and the outer seating surface 11 and the inner seating surface 12 on the back surface of the floor panel 2 are placed on the joist 5. Each Styrofoam case 3 is fitted between adjacent joists 5 to form the lower surface of the soundproof floor. A soundproof plywood 6 is laid on the floor panel 2 to construct a two-layer soundproof floor.

In the case of the soundproof floor of FIG.
The sound absorbing heat insulating material 4 absorbs the sound transmitted to the floor panel 2 to enhance the sound insulation of the floor panel unit 1 as a whole. In addition, the styrofoam case 3 also has a soundproof property, and the soundproof property of the floor panel unit 1 is further enhanced. Therefore, even if the soundproofing plywood 6 has low soundproofing properties, a soundproofing floor of a two-layer structure having a good soundproofing function can be constructed by combining with the floor panel unit 1.

For example, experimental data of a floor impact sound measurement test will be described with reference to FIG. The weight impact sound graph P in FIG. 5 is created from experimental data of a soundproof floor close to a conventional structure when the sound absorbing heat insulating material 4 and the styrofoam case 3 are omitted from the floor panel unit 1 of the soundproof floor in FIG. . The weight impact sound graph Q in FIG. 5 is created from experimental data of a soundproof floor incorporating the floor panel unit 1 of the present invention in FIG.
The graph Q shown in the floor impact sound measurement test shows that the calculated value of the floor impact sound level at each center frequency is smaller than that of the graph P, and the use of the floor panel unit 1 improves the L value of the floor impact sound level by approximately 1 class. The Styrofoam case 3 constituting the lower surface of the floor panel unit 1 has excellent water and moisture resistance.
The sound absorbing heat insulating material 4 is protected from external moisture to prevent the floor panel 2 from being deformed, such as warping, and to maintain a good appearance of the floor surface. Further, the styrofoam case 3 prevents deterioration of the heat insulating property of the sound absorbing heat insulating material 4 due to moisture, and suppresses a decrease in the heat insulating property of the entire floor panel unit 1.

According to the present invention, the sound absorbing heat insulating material and the styrofoam case fixed to the back surface of the plywood or particle board floor panel absorb the sound transmitted through the inside and outside of the floor panel and improve the sound insulation performance of the entire floor panel unit. As a result, the construction of a soundproof floor having an excellent soundproofing function becomes possible without using expensive soundproofing plywood. Further, since both the sound absorbing heat insulating material and the styrofoam case are excellent heat insulating materials, the use of the floor panel unit as a floor plate having a floor heating structure enables energy-efficient floor heating with high thermal efficiency. Furthermore, since the styrofoam case, which is excellent in water and moisture resistance, protects the sound-absorbing heat-insulating material from external moisture, deformation such as warpage of the floor panel is eliminated, and the appearance of the floor surface is maintained well, and the sound insulation of the floor panel unit is improved. In addition, deterioration of heat insulation is prevented.
