Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 本体1の一部に吐出口2aを有するハウ
ジング2と、該ハウジング2の上板2bから内方へ向け
た円筒状の送風路を形成するモータケース2cと、該モ
ータケース2c内に取付けたモータ3のモータ軸3aに
固着した円板4と、内径が円板4より大きく、モータケ
ース2cを囲みながらハウジング2の吐出口2aに至る
渦巻状の流路を形成したケーシング5とを設け、前記円
板4にはモータ軸3aから放射状に広がる複数枚の羽根
4aを設けてファン6を構成し、該羽根4aはモータケ
ース2c内から空気を吸引してケーシング5に沿って吐
出口2aに至る空気流を形成すると共に、円板4の羽根
4aよりも外側には芝を刈取る複数枚の刈刃7を設け、
該刈刃7で刈取った刈草をファン6による空気流に乗せ
て吐出口2cから吐出すロータリ式芝刈機において、 円板4には羽根4aの外側を囲んで内面が羽根4aと連
続する一定の高さを持った筒状部4bを設け、該筒状部
4bはファン6の風を上方へ誘導し、ハウジング2の上
方へ向う空気流を形成して刈草を舞上げることを特徴と
するロータリ式芝刈機の刈草吐出構造。
