Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate separate execution work of sound absorbing execution work by using a sound absorbing insulating plate as a backing structural material of a roof or a floor by constituting the sound absorbing insulating plate by embedding a reinforcing material in a lightweight porous concrete plate. SOLUTION: Reinforcements are embedded as a reinforcing material 2 inside a lightweight porous concrete material having a thickness not less than 30 mm, bulk density of 0.25 to 0.45 and open cell not less than 30% to constitute a sound absorbing insulating plate 1. This sound absorbing insulating plate 1 is placed on a steel frame beam 3, the joint part is locked by a joint reinforcement 4 and a support member 5 welded to the steel frame beam 3, mortar is filled in the joint part to be formed as a backing structural material 10 of a roof or a floor, and a thin ALC panel and a waterproof sheet are executed on the upper surface of the sound insulating absorbing plate 1 as a finishing member. When a straight line-shaped recess/projection pattern is formed on the under surface of the sound absorbing insulating plate 1, design and sound absorbing performance of the ceiling are improved. Thus, sound absorbing execution work can be obviated by using the reinforcing material 2-embedded sound absorbing insulating plate 1 as the backing structural material 10.

2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional soundproof structure provided on a roof or ceiling of a concrete panel, there is, for example, one shown in FIG. As the base structural material 10 of the upper floor where the ceiling is below or the base structural material of the roof, heat resistance, heat insulation,
ALC panel 39 excellent in lightness etc. is used,
The beam 3 is supported at both ends. Since the ALC panel 39 has a low sound absorbing and insulating efficiency, a structure in which a sound absorbing plate 38 such as a perforated gypsum board is further fixed to a hanging trunk 37 fixed to a lower portion of the beam 3 is known. In order to further improve the sound absorbing performance, a sound absorbing material 40 such as glass wool is spread between the ALC panel 39 and the sound absorbing plate 38. These sound absorbing plate 38, sound absorbing material 40 or ALC panel 39

[0005] As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a large number of sound absorbing plates 31, which are small, lightweight, porous concrete plates, are adhered to a concrete plate 32 so as to be integral with each other, so that a sound absorbing and sound absorbing effect is provided. A concrete ceiling plate 30 with a plate has been proposed. (Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 8-53899) The ceiling plate 30 has a concrete beam 36 with the upper half of the reinforcing bar 33 exposed above the concrete plate 32.
The frame part 34 is supported and installed on the upper part. further,
A floor slab 35 is cast on the concrete ceiling plate 30 with a sound absorbing plate. Thereby, the sound absorbing plate 31 is installed on the ceiling downstairs, and the concrete plate 32 is the sound absorbing and insulating structure in which the base structural material 10 on the upper floor is used.

However, the above structure has the following problems. In the case of the sound absorbing and insulating structure as shown in FIG. 7, 1) In order to install the sound absorbing material 40 and attach the sound absorbing plate 38, it is necessary to attach the hanging body edge 37 to the beam 3 in advance. In addition, since the installation of the sound absorbing material 40 and the sound absorbing plate 38 and the attachment of the hanging body edge 37 are upward operations, it is necessary to build a scaffold, workability is poor, and it takes much time and effort. 2) Floor base structural material 10, sound absorbing material 40, hanging rim 3
7. Since it has a multilayer structure with the sound absorbing plate 38 and the like, a large number of members are required, and the ceiling needs to be lowered or the building needs to be raised by the thickness of the members.

Further, in the case of the sound absorbing and insulating structure as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, 1) Since the sound absorbing plate 31 is generally brittle and cannot withstand a large load from a lightweight porous concrete plate, As shown in the figure, a large concrete plate 32 or the like for increasing the load resistance is always required. 2) Due to the structure in which the sound-absorbing plate 31 made of a lightweight porous concrete plate is integrally bonded to the concrete plate 32, the boundary portion becomes dry and brittle due to the difference in water absorption, or sound is transmitted due to transmission of external vibration. There is a risk that the plate 31 will peel off. 3) Since the weight of the concrete plate 32 and the floor slab 35 is large, construction of these heavy objects and large-scale construction such as strong beams capable of withstanding the heavy materials are required, and the construction cost is increased.

The operation of the present invention will be described below. Since the reinforcing material is embedded in the sound absorbing and insulating plate made of a lightweight porous concrete material, the bending strength of the sound absorbing and insulating plate becomes very large. This makes it possible to increase the size of the sound absorbing and insulating plate,
Further, at least both ends can be supported and installed on the beam of the building vehicle. In addition, by increasing the bending strength, it is possible to withstand a large load (such as a tile, snow, a person, an object, etc.), an impact or the like, and it can be sufficiently used as a base structural material of a roof or a floor. Moreover, the structure for increasing the strength of the roof and floor can be simplified by being able to withstand a large load. Further, not only the sound absorbing property is improved, but also the same characteristics as those of the conventional porous concrete panel (ALC panel) can be obtained, and the construction can be easily performed in exactly the same manner (common mounting member).

Since the sound absorbing and insulating plate made of lightweight porous concrete material has a bulk specific gravity of 0.25 to 0.45, which is extremely light as compared with concrete or the like, the structural frame of the building supporting the sound absorbing and insulating plate is small. It can be lightweight. Also,
The sound absorbing performance is enhanced by 30% or more of the open cells inside the sound absorbing and insulating plate. Further, if the internal bubbles are not closed cells but continuous bubbles, sound energy may be more absorbed. Furthermore, when the sound absorbing and insulating plate is exposed indoors, the indoor noise is directly absorbed and the sound absorbing efficiency is good. In addition, the thickness of the sound absorbing and insulating plate is 30 mm or more,
The sound insulation performance of the lightweight porous concrete material as a rigid body is further improved.

If the surface of the sound absorbing and insulating plate is provided with a linear or curved uneven pattern, the design is excellent and the sound absorbing area is increased, so that higher sound absorbing performance can be obtained. When the reinforcing material is a lattice, a mesh, or a large number of rebars, the manufacturing process is easy and the strength of the sound absorbing and insulating plate is further improved, so that the object of the present invention is more reliably achieved. Further, the bending strength of the sound absorbing and insulating plate is further improved by assembling the reinforcing material in a cage shape.

A finishing member 7 made of a thin plate is provided on the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 and is fixed by a self-drilling screw 8. The finishing member 7 is provided for the purpose of improving sound insulation performance. In addition, a roof having a sound absorbing and insulating effect can be obtained by an easy construction only by laying a waterproof sheet directly on the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1. As a specific example, as shown in FIG.
By applying a thin ALC panel and a waterproof sheet, it is possible to obtain a roof with improved durability, water blocking properties and sound insulation.

Since the reinforcing member 2 is buried in the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1, the bending strength is increased and the size of the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 can be increased. For this reason, it is possible to improve the construction efficiency by installing on the beam only by supporting both ends of the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 or laying the large sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 to reduce the number thereof. The both ends of the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 supported by the beam 3 may be in the longitudinal direction or the width direction, and may be further supported at an intermediate portion.

FIGS. 2 and 3 are partial sectional views showing a structure in which a sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 in which a cage-shaped reinforcing bar is buried as a reinforcing member 2 is attached to a steel beam 3 as a base material 10 for a roof. It is a perspective view. The plurality of sound absorbing and insulating plates 1 are supported at their both ends on the upper surface of the steel beam 3, laid in parallel, and welded and fixed to the upper surface of the steel beam 3 at the joints of the respective sound absorbing and insulating plates 1. The joint 5 is locked by a member 5 and a joint reinforcing bar 4 (a reinforcing bar inserted over the joint of the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1), and the joint portion is filled with mortar 6. This mounting structure is the same as a structure in which an ALC panel is conventionally mounted on a beam as a floor base structural material.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 is directly exposed to the room, and no ceiling plate is provided. Therefore, the indoor noise is directly absorbed. FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional perspective view showing a structure in which a linear uneven pattern is provided on the surface of the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1. With such a structure, the design of the ceiling is improved and the sound absorbing area is increased. As a result, higher sound absorbing performance can be obtained, which is preferable. In addition, the sound absorbing property is further improved by forming an uneven pattern or a curved shape (not shown).

When the thickness of the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 is 30 mm or more, the sound insulating performance as a rigid body is preferably increased. Further, by changing the thickness, sound absorption in a target frequency band can be focused. For example, when sound absorption in a low frequency band is desired, the thickness of the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 may be increased.

As the reinforcing material 2 to be buried, a reinforcing bar, a wire net, a lath net, a bundle of carbon fibers or aramid fibers, or the like can be used, but it is more preferable because the reinforcing bar has sufficient strength and the cost is low. . Further, it is desirable that the reinforcing material 2 embedded in the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 is formed into a large number of mats or nets, so that the bending strength of the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 is increased.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, when the reinforcing member 2 is formed in a cage shape,
The sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 with further improved bending strength is obtained, which is more preferable.

With the soundproof structure of the roof, the noise inside the building can be absorbed from the foundation structural material (ceiling) of the roof, and the noise can be shielded from the outside of the building. For this reason, there is no need to perform new sound absorption work on the ceiling.
Alternatively, when the height of the ceiling is set to be the same as the conventional one, the height of the entire building can be reduced.

Since the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 can be made large in size and can withstand a large load and impact, it can also be used as a base structural material 10 for floors. When the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 is directly used as the floor of the base structural material 10, sound can be absorbed from the floor surface. In addition, when the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 is used for the floor, it can be constructed with the same mounting structure as the case of the roof shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.

The porous concrete material constituting the sound absorbing and insulating plate 1 is preferably obtained by the following method. A cage-shaped reinforcing steel bar 2 made of a reinforcing steel bar having a diameter of 5.0 mm is subjected to rust prevention treatment in advance, and is disposed in a mold frame having a length of 6 m, a width of 1.5 m and a height of 0.7 m. The raw material slurry contains 48 parts by weight of silica powder as a siliceous material, 48 parts by weight of Portland cement as a calcareous material, gypsum as a hardening control material, and 4 parts by weight of aluminum metal powder as a foaming material for the solid content. Basically, 78 parts by weight of water are added, and the added amounts of a higher alcohol sulfate as a surfactant and methylcellulose as a viscosity modifier are further mixed.

According to the present invention, a sound absorbing and insulating plate is used as a base structural member of a roof or a multi-story floor, so that noise in the building can be absorbed from the roof, and the noise can be removed from another floor or the building. Can be sound-insulated from the outside. In addition, the sound absorbing and insulating plate according to the present invention can withstand a large load, and can be used as a base structural material of a roof or floor. This eliminates the need for a large-scale construction of a concrete plate or the like to increase the load resistance of the roof. Further, it is not necessary to perform a new sound absorbing work on the ceiling, and when the height of the ceiling is set to the same level as before, the height of the whole building can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to significantly reduce the sound absorbing work and the building cost of the building. Further, according to the sound absorbing and insulating plate according to the present invention, a soundproof structure utilizing the inherent properties of porous concrete, such as heat resistance, heat insulation and light weight, can be obtained.

Since the sound absorbing and insulating plate in which the reinforcing material is buried is supported by the beam, there is no danger of the sound absorbing and insulating plate (lightweight porous concrete plate) peeling and falling unlike the related art. Furthermore, since it is laid only by supporting both ends of the sound absorbing and insulating plate, it is possible to easily lay the sound absorbing and insulating plate on the beam and fix it in exactly the same manner as the conventional ALC panel, and a new construction method And no components are required. The present invention exerts its effects particularly when used in a building having a noise source inside.
