In a case when the plug 7 is demounted from the main body, it can be easily demounted by setting the position of the cock valve in a close state regardless of the open state of the check valve 6 without affected by the feed pressure from the adapter side. The plug can be demounted in a state that the splashing of the viscous fluid generated by the delay in returning of the check valve is prevented.
