Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing means capable of drastically saving water by dispersing washing water over a wide area without using outside electric wiring or a dry battery. SOLUTION: Water starts flushing as a stop valve 11 is opened and velocity of the flushing water is accelerated by the passage section area being contracted at a contraction passage 13. Accelerated high speed water collides against a blade 14 and rotates it at high speed. A generator rotor connected to the blade 14 is rotated at high speed by the rotation of the blade 14 and electric power is generated by a magnetic field rotating at high speed by a magnet fitted to the generator rotor. Electric power thus generated runs through an electric circuit and actuates a motor 16 which is connected to a discharge nozzle 18 through a cam mechanism 19. The discharging angle of the discharge nozzle 18 varies by the motion of the motor 16 and the direction of the washing water is dispersed over a wide area as rotating with a certain angle. The more the accelerated water velocity is magnified and the blade 14 is rotated at high speed, the more the power is produced.

In the bubble mixing using the ejector effect of the conventional configuration, the diameter of the bubbles to be mixed is large, the bubbles are not uniformly dispersed in water, and it is impossible to mix a large amount of bubbles. Met. Therefore, sufficient water saving effect was not obtained. To some extent, a method of dispersing the washing water over a wide range by reducing the hole diameter of the shower water to obtain a water saving effect is also possible. However, in order to achieve a significant water saving effect with this method, it is necessary to make the area of the water discharge hole extremely small in order to secure the speed of water discharge, and it is necessary to insert a strainer that is easily clogged and has a fine eye . Further, in the case of shower-like water spouting, there was no temporal dispersion effect, and a sufficient detergency and a feeling of detergency could not be obtained.

When the water shutoff valve 11 is opened, the flow of water starts, and the flow passage speed is accelerated by narrowing the cross-sectional area of the flow passage in the throttle flow passage 13. The accelerated high-speed water collides with the impeller 14 and rotates it at high speed. Electrons (not shown) connected to the impeller 14 rotate at a high speed due to the rotation of the impeller 14, and a magnet attached to the electrons generates a magnetic field that rotates at a high speed to generate electric power. The generated electricity operates the motor 16 through an electric circuit. The motor 16 has a cam mechanism 19
Is connected to the water discharge nozzle 18 via the Spout nozzle 1
Numeral 8 has only the nozzle tip fixed so that it can move freely in the horizontal direction. The whole is translated by a cam mechanism 19 of the motor 16 in a horizontal direction along a predetermined locus. By this movement, the water discharge angle of the water discharge nozzle 18 changes, and the direction of the wash water is dispersed over a wide range while rotating at a certain angle. The higher the speed of the accelerated water and the faster the impeller 14 rotates, the greater the amount of power generation.

The throttle channel 13 is formed to accelerate the water. However, a pressure loss occurs here, and as a result, the amount of washing water is reduced. However, since the cleaning water is dispersed and discharged in a wide range by the electric power generated by passing water, sufficient cleaning can be performed even with a small flow rate. Conversely, since the cleaning can be performed with a small flow rate, the pressure loss of the piping other than the throttle passage 13 is small, and the pressure loss of the throttle passage 13 can be increased accordingly. That is, the flow velocity of the water colliding with the impeller 14 can be increased. Although the amount of power generation is proportional to the flow rate, it is proportional to the square of the flow rate. Therefore, a decrease in the flow rate can be covered by increasing the flow rate, and a sufficient amount of power generation can be obtained even with a small flow rate.

[0013] By using the present water discharge device in this way, AC
Significant water-saving cleaning can be performed without 100V electrical work or replacement of dry batteries. Also, when performing water saving cleaning,
At the same time, power can be supplied by power generation, so a secondary battery with a large capacity is not required. In the present embodiment, the rotating mechanism is raised as a means for dispersing the washing water, but it is also possible to move a predetermined locus instead of rotating. Since these spouts can wash a wide range with a small flow rate, water saving washing is possible. In particular, when rotated or swung at a high speed, an effect is obtained as if water is continuously discharged over the entire cleaning surface, and there is a significant water saving effect. Also, since the cleaning surface constantly moves over time,
Water does not stagnate on the washing surface, and water acts directly on the washing surface to obtain a large washing power. Furthermore, since water can be spouted and washed at high speed even with a small flow rate, the washing power can be increased, and a stimulating feeling and a massage effect can be obtained.

As a means for dispersing the washing water, an intermittent water discharging device as shown in FIG. 2 is also possible. An opening / closing disk 21 that is rotated by the rotary motor 16 is attached to the tip of the water outlet 22. The rotation of the opening / closing disk 21 causes a large number of water outlets 22 to open and close intermittently, thereby enabling intermittent water discharging. The cycle of intermittent water discharge can be changed by changing the rotation speed of the rotary motor 16. According to this configuration, the cleaning water is temporally dispersed in a wide range, so that not only can a wide range be cleaned with a small amount of water, but also the water intermittently hits the cleaning surface, so that the cleaning power is large even with a small flow rate. In addition, it is possible to discharge water at a high flow rate even with a small flow rate for cleaning, thereby increasing the cleaning power. Furthermore, an intermittent stimulus is obtained, and a massage effect is also obtained.

When a person approaches the light receiving sensor 37 and the illuminance change exceeds a certain value, the control device 39 issues a water discharge command signal. Solenoid valve 3 for performing water discharge operation by water discharge command signal
1 opens. These operations are operated by the electric power from the secondary battery 38. When the solenoid valve 31 is opened, water flows into the impeller 14 due to the water supply pressure. The impeller 14 is rotated at a high speed by running water accelerated at a high speed with a narrowed passage, and is generated by a generator 15 connected thereto. The generated electricity operates the air bubble mixing pump 35 and partially charges the secondary battery 38 through the charging circuit. By the operation of the bubble mixing pump 35, a large amount of fine bubbles are mixed into water via the porous body 33. This amount of air bubbles is 20 at the maximum of the volume of water.
It becomes 0% or more, and the volume of spouted water is apparently tripled. Since this water contains much finer bubbles than bubbles mixed by the ejector effect, the bubbles are less likely to coalesce, and the bubbles and water alternately hit the cleaning surface. large. Furthermore, even when water is spouted at a high speed, cleaning can be performed with a soft cleaning feeling due to the presence of bubbles, and cleaning with little splashing can be performed. In addition, since the power generation device can be used not only for the water-saving cleaning means but also for the human body detection means and the opening / closing drive of the water discharge, a compact and high-performance automatic water discharge apparatus can be configured.
