の車輪を嵌め込むための車輪嵌め込み穴を磁性体で形成

のものを用いて、磁力を強化させることが出来る。合成
樹脂等で作られる車輪嵌め込み穴に磁石を内蔵させるた
めの取り付けは、接着材を用いた接着法や穴に強く嵌め
込む方法、溶着法などにより取り付けられる。なお、取
り付け部位には穴の側壁面も含まれる。次に請求項1に
よる一実施例を図1を参照して説明する。リング状の磁
石(1)を用いて車輪嵌め込み穴(2)を形成する。磁
性体(3)としての鉄を用いて、球形(4)の車輪
(5)を形成する。本実施例に於いては、車輪(5)の
直径は、車輪嵌め込み穴(2)の穴の口径よりもやや大
きめとする。なお、リングの厚さは、下部より嵌め込ん
だ車輪の頭頂部がリングの上端より上にはみ出さないよ
う設定する。車輪(5)を車輪嵌め込み穴(2)に嵌め
込み着脱自在に磁着させる。以上の方法により、請求項
1による無軸キャスターの一実施例が得られる。前記構
成により、球形の車輪がリング状の磁石の内側の縁によ
って保持され、また磁力の作用も加わり脱輪することな
くスムーズに回転することとなる。本発明の無軸キャス
ターは、簡易な構造の回転軸を持たないキャスターを提
供するものであり、玩具や家具などへの取り付けに好適
なものである。前記キャスターを用いる時は、リング状
の磁石を所望の部位に接着又は嵌め込みなどの方法で取
り付け、それに車輪を嵌め込むことにより達せられる。
なお、本発明のキャスターは、車輪を体の上で転ばせる
ことにより、磁気や磁力線の影響を及ぼすマッサージ用
具として利用出来るものである。上記のように、請求項
1においては、磁石で形成した車輪嵌め込み穴に磁性体
で作られた車輪を磁着させるのに対し、請求項2は、磁
性体で形成した車輪嵌め込み穴に磁石で作られた車輪を
磁着させるものであり、請求項1の実施例を応用して容
易に実施出来るものである。図2は請求項3による一実
施例を示すもので、合成樹脂で成型された玩具の自動車
の車台部分に、球形(4)に形成した車輪(5)の上部
を収納する形に嵌め込めるよう設計された車輪嵌め込み
穴(2)が設けられている。この場合の車輪嵌め込み穴
(2)の深さは、磁石(1)を取り付けるスペースを考
慮して設計されるものである。上記車輪嵌め込み穴
(2)に磁石(1)を接着して内蔵させ、その車輪嵌め
込み穴(2)に磁性体(3)である鉄を用いて作られた
球形(4)の車輪(5)を嵌め込むことにより、車輪
(5)が磁石(1)により着脱自在に磁着される。以上
のようにして、請求項3による無軸キャスターを玩具の
自動車の車輪として用いた一実施例が得られる。上記実
施例において、請求項1〜2によるキャスターを用いる

磁力線の影響を及ぼすマッサージ用具として兼用出来る
ものである。上記請求項3の実施例においては、磁性体
の車輪を車輪嵌め込み穴に取り付けた磁石により磁着さ
せるのに対し、請求項4は、磁石の車輪を車輪嵌め込み
穴に取り付けた磁性体に磁着させるものであり、請求項
3の実施例を応用して容易に実施出来るものである。
