Claims (5)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 ガラス繊維、ポリエステル、ポリプロピ
レン等の不織布からなるプリーツ加工された濾材と、こ
の濾材の表側と裏側のプリーツ部に設けられる複数のビ
ード状に塗布されるホットメルト樹脂と、このホットメ
ルト樹脂を塗布したのち折り畳んで連続的に形成される
成形濾材とを備え、前記成形濾材を1台分等の所定寸法
位置で切断するプリーツ部分および隣接する両側のプリ
ーツ部分には前記ホットメルト樹脂を塗布しない構成と
したフィルター。
1. A pleated filter medium made of a non-woven fabric such as glass fiber, polyester, or polypropylene, a hot melt resin applied to a plurality of beads provided on pleated portions on the front and back sides of the filter medium, and a hot melt resin.
