Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a water extracting hose while observing the inside of a pipe so as to allow observation of a water extracting condition by arranging a camera mounting part, to which a camera allowing a visual check of the pipe inside can be installed freely, in the back of a water suction port part. SOLUTION: A water extracting hose 2 is constructed by housing a flexible water extracting pipe 14 and a camera cable 7 connecting a camera 4 and a monitor 8 together in the inside of a tubular covering body 15 made of soft plastic with a flexible supporting wire body 16, and a camera mounting part 3 is arranged in the tip part of the covering body 15. A water suction port part 1 having a plurality of suction ports 1a is arranged in a spherical part at the tip of the water extracting pipe 14. Therefore, the water suction port part 1 can be also visually checked in a view field for monitoring the inside of the pipe by a camera 4, as the water suction port part 1 is arranged in front of the camera mounting part 3. Consequently, a visual check can be carried out until the water suction port part 1 reaches accumulated water to be extracted when the water extracting hose 2 is inserted, so that the inside of the water extracting hose 2 is prevented from being sucked emptily, and water extraction can be carried out without any waste of work.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to extract water in a pipe buried underground, an endoscope camera capable of visually observing the inside of a pipe is first inserted into the pipe, and the inserted camera collects in the pipe. After confirming the position of the collected water and pulling out the camera from the inside of the pipe, a water extraction hose was inserted into the pipe, and when the water extraction head at the tip thereof reached the above-described position of the accumulated water, the water was discharged. The inside of the water extraction hose is sucked by a suction device, and the accumulated water in the pipe is sucked and discharged. For this purpose, the camera was provided separately from the water hose.

In the above-mentioned conventional structure, the operation of confirming the position of the pool water to be extracted in the pipe and the operation of inserting the water extraction hose into the pipe up to the confirmed location of the pool water are described. The operation of extracting water by the suction device had to be performed separately, and the situation in the pipe after the extraction of water had to be reconfirmed. For this purpose, both operations have to be repeated. In order to cope with this, the applicant has previously proposed an in-pipe water extraction device which allows a water extraction hose to be inserted at the same time as checking the position of water accumulated in the pipe, as shown in FIG. Yes (Jpn.
No. 2). That is, in the above proposed in-pipe water extraction device, the camera head 20 is attached to the tip of the water extraction head 10 as shown in FIG. Therefore, the water extraction hose 2 is inserted into the pipe, the water extraction head 10 is inserted to the water extraction location L, that is, the location of the pool water W, and the pool water W is sucked at the suction port 1a of the water suction port 1. Can be performed without any trouble because the inside of the tube is visually observed by the camera provided in the camera head 20. However,
In the above proposal, since the purpose was to determine the insertion position when inserting the water extraction hose, the state of the accumulated water can be visually recognized from the state in front of the water extraction head 10, so that the water extraction head 10 It was not considered necessary to monitor the state of water extraction, that is, the state of suction at the suction port 1a. In addition, since the camera head 20 is provided, when the camera head 20 does not reach the pool water, the water extraction head 10 is located in front of the head and the water cannot be extracted, so that the camera head 20 is immersed in the pool water. In some cases, maintenance is troublesome, and in the case of a small-diameter pipe or the like, it is difficult to use the water-drawing head 10 due to the large size of the water-drawing head 10, and it is not applicable to any buried pipe. In such a case, the above-described conventional configuration must be used, which still requires time and effort.

[Function and Effect of Characteristic Configuration] The above-mentioned claim 1
According to the characteristic configuration of the in-pipe water extraction device according to the invention described in the above, it is possible to confirm that the water suction port is inserted into the water at the water extraction place, and thereafter, the water extraction operation is performed while monitoring the state of water extraction at the water suction port. it can. That is, the water extraction operation can be performed in one step. More specifically, since the water inlet is disposed in front of the camera mounting portion, the water inlet can be visually recognized in the field of view for monitoring the inside of the pipe with a camera. Can be confirmed up to the point where the water reaches the pool water to be extracted, and then the water suction device is operated to extract water, so that the inside of the extraction hose is not pulled out. In addition, since the state in which the accumulated water is being sucked from the water inlet can be monitored, it is possible to perform a water extraction operation without waste.

According to the characteristic structure of the in-pipe water extracting device according to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the operation and effect of the characteristic structure according to the first aspect, the accumulated water in front of the curved pipe portion through which the camera cannot pass. Will be able to extract water. In other words, for example, in the case of extracting the pooled water in the small-diameter pipe, even if there is pooled water below the falling curved pipe section that cannot pass through the camera mounting section, a flexible pipe is provided in front of the camera mounting section. Because the water-absorbing port that is connected with the connection hangs down,
It becomes possible to make the said water inlet port accumulate and reach water.

With the above arrangement, for example, even when the camera head 20 is supported by the curved pipe portion of the pipe P and cannot pass therethrough, the water suction port 1 located in front of the camera head 20 can be connected to the camera head 20 by the camera head 20. Smaller in diameter than 20,
Since the water extraction pipe 14 is flexible, it can pass through the bent pipe section and reach the accumulated water (see FIG. 4). Moreover, as shown in the drawing, the camera head 20 can extract water without getting wet in front of the accumulated water while the extraction head 10 is visible.

The flexible supporting linear member 16 is used to insert both the water suction port 1 and the camera head 20 into a pipe. In order to make it easier to insert the body 15 than to simply push it, it is made of a wire which is flexible but hard in the length direction. Since the flexible supporting linear body 16 is arranged along the water extraction pipe 14 and the camera cable 7, the pushing force can be applied to the flexible supporting linear body 16. Is transmitted to the camera head 20 (see FIG. 3).

CCD camera 4A for monitoring the inside of the pipe
A monitor 8 is provided separately from the water extraction hose 2 in order to view the image taken by the user. The monitor 8 is connected to the camera cable 7 drawn from the camera cable branch 6 (see FIG. 1). With this configuration, the worker can monitor and observe the inside of the pipe while maintaining a natural posture even when the water extraction hose 2 is extended along with the insertion into the pipe.
