BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a window attached to an opening of a building, and more particularly to a space member for a glass panel inside and outside (multi-layer glass panel) provided through a space member. Alternatively, the design is improved by concealing the seal material for bonding the glass panel inside and outside to the spacer member from the outside of the room, and the irradiation of the seal material with sunlight is reduced. It is possible to suppress the deterioration of the material, and to make the glass panel holding member or the frame on the indoor side made of resin to improve the heat insulating property, and to provide a gap between the glass panel holding member or the curved members forming the frame, so that the thermal expansion is achieved. The present invention relates to a novel window capable of absorbing shrinkage.

However, when a single glass panel is used, sufficient heat insulation cannot be obtained. Therefore, it is conceivable to use a glass panel (multi-layer glass panel) provided between the indoor and outdoor glass panels via a spacer member. However, in such a case, the spacer member constituting the multi-layer glass panel or the seal material for bonding the spacer to the indoor and outdoor glass panels is visible through the glass panel from the outdoor side and lacks design. There was a problem. Further, there is a problem that the seal material is deteriorated due to the irradiation of sunlight with the sunlight, and as a result, the outside air enters between the glass panels inside and outside the room, and the heat insulating property is reduced. In an attempt to solve these problems, there is a problem in that when the outdoor fins (extending portions) of the window frame are extended toward the center of the opening to hide the spacer, the opening area is reduced. In particular, in the case of a round window, if the outdoor fin is extended, there is a problem that the fin is wrinkled when the window frame is bent, and the design and the product system are deteriorated. Further, if the glass panel holding member or the frame itself is made of resin in order to further improve the heat insulating property and a structure such as to prevent a cooling bridge from the window frame is sufficiently provided when the glass panel holding member or the frame itself thermally expands and contracts. Therefore, there is a problem that the window frame, the glass panel holding member or the frame is deformed.

The window frame 2 has a base 8 to be attached to the building frame and an extending portion 9 integrally extending to the outdoor side of the outdoor glass panel 3. A holding member (frame) integrally extended to fix the holding member (frame) 7 to the interior side of the glass panel installation position with a hook portion 13 for connection with the bracket with a fastener such as a screw. An attachment portion 14 is formed. By attaching the resin-made holding member 7 so as to cover the surface of the holding member (frame) attachment portion 14, the dew condensation can be generated without the exposed outdoor metal window frame 2 being exposed on the indoor side. It suppresses and improves heat insulation. An irregular sealing material is filled between the extending portion 9 and the outdoor glass panel 3 so as to prevent rainwater or the like from entering the room and to hold the glass panel. As the sealing material, a fixed resin packing material may be attached to the extension portion 9 in advance. The window frame 2 has a glass liner for mounting a glass panel.

7 is provided with a dew-condensation receiver 18 for receiving the dew condensation water generated on the glass panel in a continuous groove shape in the longitudinal direction. Water is prevented from flowing. As a result, the other portions of the condensation receiver 18 are not stained. In the case of a circular window, only the lower central portion functions as the condensation receiver 18, but since there is a groove around the entire circumference of the holding member 7, the mounting position of the holding member 7 with respect to the window frame 2 can be set freely. There are advantages.

The bending members 7a are not connected to each other, but are fixed to the window frame 2 so as to form a gap L at a predetermined interval. The connection member 11 is provided from the indoor side so as to hide the gap L. By doing so, when the holding member (frame) 7 expands and expands due to a change in temperature in the room, a gap L having a size equal to or larger than the expansion dimension is provided, so that the end of the holding member (frame) 7 is provided. Clubs will not interfere with each other due to collision. In the case of contraction and contraction, the end of the holding member (frame) 7 is covered with the connecting member 11 from the indoor side, so that the end is not exposed. The connection member 11 is directly fixed to a holding member (frame) attachment portion 14 of the window frame 2 by a screw or the like. In the case of this embodiment, a holding member for holding the glass panel in contact with the room from the room side via the airtight material 20 and a frame for hiding the boundary between the window frame and the skeleton are integrally formed. The number of attachment steps can be reduced, and there is no joint between the two members compared to the case where the holding member and the frame are formed as separate members. Leakage is eliminated and airtightness and heat insulation are improved.

The outdoor glass panel 3 and the indoor glass panel 4 are bonded and integrated with a soft material (for example, butyl rubber) via a spacer member 5. On the outdoor surface of the outdoor glass panel 3, the end 5a of the spacer member 5 or the sealing material 6 is placed from the glass panel end.
A coating (ceramic coating) made by baking a paint such as ceramic (applying heat to the glass panel surface) is applied to the portion B up to the end 6a of the cover member to form a concealing portion 10. The spacer member 5 is made invisible from the outside, and the irradiation of the seal member 6 with sunlight is suppressed. This concealing portion is located at the end 9 of the extension 9 of the window frame.
It may be provided only on the portion A from a to the end portion 5a of the spacer member 5 or the end portion 6a of the seal material 6. Further, since this coating is provided continuously on the entire periphery of the glass panel, the entire periphery is provided. The above effect is exhibited at any position of In this embodiment, the outdoor surface of the outdoor glass panel 3 is coated with ceramic. In the case of a round window as in the present embodiment, it is difficult to attach a curtain or the like to the room, and therefore, a translucent glass panel such as a ground glass, a mold glass, or the like is used as a means for blocking a line of sight from the outside. Sometimes. In this case, the uneven surface of the glass is provided facing the spacer member. Since it is difficult to apply the ceramic coating to the uneven surface, the ceramic coating was applied to the outdoor surface. However, it is not always necessary to apply it on the outdoor surface, and it may be provided on the indoor surface if the above problem can be solved. Of course, in the case of transparent glass (glass having no irregularities), there is no problem in applying it to either of the interior and exterior surfaces. Further, as an advantage provided by the provision on the outdoor surface, an existing double-glazed glass panel can be used as it is. As a result, there is no need to create a new glass panel, and there is no need to perform inventory management and the like, which is economical.

However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various design changes and the like can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. Is possible. The present invention can be applied not only to a perfect circular or square window but also to an elliptical window. The holding member (frame) may be composed of two or more bent members. In this embodiment, the concealing portion (ceramic coating) is provided from the end of the glass panel to the height of the spacer member, but the extension of the window frame extends from the end of the spacer member or the end of the seal member. It may be provided only in the position up to the part. In short, the window may be provided in a portion where the spacer member or the seal material is exposed or a portion where the seal material is irradiated with sunlight in a state where the window is installed. In this embodiment, the concealing portion is made of ceramic in consideration of durability and weather resistance. However, the concealing portion may be formed by attaching a seal or a film, and may be formed by printing or the like. Alternatively, it may be constituted by shot blast. However, in these cases, when these are applied to the interior surface of the glass panel, in order to prevent a decrease in the adhesive strength of the seal material due to the interposition of the concealing portion between the glass panel and the spacer member. -The margin of the metal material (adhesion area) is provided about 4 to 5 mm from the end of the glass panel, and the concealing part is provided in the other part. By doing so, the bonding area can be sufficiently ensured, and the sealing performance can be ensured.
