本件意匠に係る物品（以下「本物品」と称する。）は、オフィスや教育施設、公共空間などの施設において共有設備に設置される電子棚札（ＥｌｅｃｔｒｏｎｉｃＳｈｅｌｆＬａｂｅｌ，ＥＳＬ）である。本物品は、本物品に表示される画像（部分意匠として意匠登録を受けようとする部分に係る画像）を用いて、共有設備の状態を視覚的に表示する。本物品は、共有設備の状態を表示する際、共有設備が使用可能な状態にある場合（空いている場合または使用が禁止されていない場合）と、共有設備が使用不能な状態にある場合（空いていない場合または使用が禁止されている場合）と、で表示を変化させる。本物品は、共有設備の状態を表示する際、共有設備が使用可能な状態にある場合には、白色の背景が表示された表示画面において黒色を部分的に表示させる（正面図１）。本物品は、共有設備が使用不能な状態にある場合には、白色の背景が表示された表示画面において赤色を部分的に表示させる（正面図２）。各図において表示される文字および図形については、例示であり、適宜変更可能である。The article to which the design pertains (hereinafter referred to as the "real article") is an electronic shelf label (ESL) that is installed in shared equipment in offices, educational facilities, public spaces, and other facilities.
