本願意匠に係る建築物は、住宅のうち、宅配ボックスが付属した部分に係るものである。宅配ボックスは、床と、四方の壁と、天井と、に囲まれた位置において、宅配物が収納される収納部が上下二段に分かれた状態に形成されている。上下二段の収納部は、一つの空間を、四方の壁のうち左右の壁間に架け渡された仕切床で仕切ることによって形成されている。仕切床が、上段の収納部の床面として機能する。 床は、屋外側の床と連続する第一床と、この第一床よりも一段高い位置に設けられて屋内側の床と連続する第二床と、を備えている。この床が、下段の収納部の床面として機能する。 四方の壁のうち、正面側（屋内側）に位置する壁は、第二床が連続する屋内側の床に立設されているため、正面側の壁における下端部は、背面側の壁における下端部よりも一段高い位置に配置されている。また、四方の壁のうち、正面側の壁と、背面側の壁には、宅配物を出し入れするための開口部がそれぞれ形成されている。背面側の壁に形成された開口部は、仕切床によって上下に分かれた状態になっている。正面側の壁に形成された開口部の下縁は、背面側における下側の開口部の下縁よりも高い位置に配置されている。正面側の壁の開口部には、上下二段の収納部をいっぺんに開閉できる１枚の扉が設けられている。また、背面側の開口部には、上下二段の収納部ごとに開閉できる上下二枚の扉が設けられている。 天井と仕切床の各々には、照明が埋め込み設置されており、天井の下方に位置する上段の収納部と、仕切床の下方に位置する下段の収納部を照らすことができる。 宅配物は、上下二段で受け取ることができ、例えば上下二段の収納部で宅配業者を分けることもできる。下段の収納部における第一床は屋外側の床と連続するため、屋外用の物品や重量のある物品が宅配物として宅配されたときに好適である。そして、宅配物を受け取る場合は、上下二段の収納部の双方に宅配物が入っていても、一枚の屋内側の扉を開ければ済むので利便性が高い。The building pertaining to the design of the present application relates to a part of a house attached with a delivery box.
