Abstract

本意匠に係る物品は、包装用箱のブランクであり、所要の箇所を張り合わせるとともに折目線（六面各図で２点鎖線で表している。）を折込むことにより、「組み立てた状態の斜視図」に示す包装用箱を形成する。このブランクは、段ボール紙などの紙を主体とする素材を用いる。したがって、接着テープを用いることなく組立、収納及び使用が可能である。本物品は、蓋となる上面部の両側面のフラップに折返し片を形成できるようにあらかじめ切刃線を設けており、加えて箱の内側となる側壁部に段部形状を採用している。このため、本物品から形成される包装用箱は、その内部に被包装用品を入れて閉止する際、（１）折返し片を切刃線に沿って切り込んで箱の外側に折り曲げて重ね（〔大きく開いた状態の斜視図〕参照。）、上面部の左右の側面フラップを箱の内側に差し込んで箱を閉止していくと（〔開いた状態の斜視図〕参照。）、箱の両側壁部内側の段部形状により形成された凹部に折返し片が係止するため蓋がロックされる。〔参考図１〕及び〔参考図２〕この係止の様子を示すもので、参考図１は、箱の内部から見た係止の様子を示すもので、参考図２は〔組み立てた状態の参考斜視図〕のＡ－Ａ断面を示している。（２）さらに蓋の上面部の正面側フラップに設けた折曲片を正面壁部の切欠に差し込むと蓋の閉止が完成する（〔組み立てた状態の斜視図〕参照。）。（３）なお、箱内部の被包装用品を取り出すには、蓋の上面部とこれに続く背面壁部の間に設けられたミシン目に沿って箱を破くと簡単に取り出すことができる。The article related to this design is a blank of a packaging box, and by laminating the required parts and folding the crease line (represented by a two-dot chain line in each of the six sides), "in the assembled state".
