Abstract

يتناول الاختراع عملية لتحضير ن – الكينيل-2- امينو ميثيل بيروليدينات وخاصة ن – الليل- 2- امينو ميثيل – بيروليدين. وتجري العملية بمعالجة رابع ايدروفورفوريل امين بحمض كلور الماء الغازي وبكلوروالثيونيل بحيث لدى فتح الحلقة يحصل على كلورايدرات 5.2- ثاني كلوروبنيتيل امين الذي يخلل فيما بعد الى ن- خليل- 5.2- ثاني كلوروبنتيل امين ثم يكثف بواسطة امين الكيمنيل الى حلقة جديدة للن- الكيمنيل -2- خليل امينو ميثيل – بيروليدين تفصل منه نهائيا زمرة الخليل من جديد وتستخدم ال 2- امينو ميثيل – بيوليدينات المستبدلة عن "ن" كمركبات امينية لتحضير بنزاميدات صيدلانية قيمة للغاية تستخدم كادوية في مضار امراض الجهاز الهضمي والاعصاب.
