Abstract

طريقة لإنتاج رقاقة ليفية، و بصفة خاصة نسيج منظف ممتص، و بذلك فإن مادة واحدة على الاقل غير منسوجة مرتبطة بالغزل (النسج) مصنوعة من خيوط دقيقة يتم ربطها سلفا، حيث يفهم بأن المادة الغير منسوجة المرتبطة بالغزل مسبقة الربط تبدي كفاءة إجهاد شد عالية، والتي تقرب من 50% من كفاءة إجهاد الشد للمادة الغير منسوجة المرتبطة بالغزل بأقصى ارتباط. يتم تطبيق طبقة ليفية واحدة على الأقل من ألياف هيدروليفية (محبة للماء) في المادة الغير منسوجة المرتبطة بالغزل سلفا. الرقاقة من المادة الغير منسوجة المرتبطة بالغزل و الطبقة الليفية يرتبطان عن طريق الديناميكا المائية.
