Abstract

يتعلق هذا الاختراع بتقييم صلاحية كثير من قطع طائرات الركاب والتي تسمى بقطع الاحساس الحراري عن طريق تصنيع جهاز كهروميكانيكي لمعرفة سلوك هذه القطع بطريقة سليمة وصحيحة. ان هذا الانجاز جاء في هذا الوقت لانتاج قطع هامة وحساسة جدا ولتوفير الوقت والمال العنصرين الهامين جدا لاي طائرة ركاب من حيث توفير القطع اللازمة او فحصها بسرعة وفي الوقت المناسب . ان الهدف من تحقيق هذا الاختراع جاء في وقت اصبح فيه توفير اموال هائلة وذلك بعد ان كان يعطب الكثير من قطع الطائرات التي لا يمكن فكها وتركيبها والتي تكلف اجور عالية جدا من حيث شحنها الى الشركات الصانعة الاجنبية وفحصها هناك ايضا . لقد تم تحقيق هذا الهدف وفقا لمتطلبات العمل الملحة في الملكية الاردنية والتي اصبح بعدها وجود هذا الاختراع ضرورة لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها وخصوصا عندما نتعامل مع طائرة ركاب تحمل الكثير من ارواح البشر. ان جوهر الاختراع يمكن في توليد كمية كافية من الحرارة داخل انبوب من الالمنيوم وتثبيت درجة حرارة الهواء الموجود في الحيز الداخلي للانبوب لفترة كافية من الزمن انظر الشكل (1-2) درجة الحرارة الناتجة عن تسخين الهواء داخل النبوب في الشكل 1-2 ) ، والتي تبدأ من درجة الحرارة العادية حتى (700)م كافية لتغطية فحص معظم الاحساس الحراري لطائرة الركاب ، ودرجة الحرارة هذه تنقل بواسطة اشارة كهربائية رقمية الى مؤشر حراري رقمي – الشكل (1) والرسم (20) – هذه الاشارة تنقل بواسطة مزدوجه حرارية كما في الشكل (1) والرسم (13) . جهاز الاحساس الحراري المراد فحصه يتم تركيبه داخل الانبوب كما في الرسم (7) في الشكل (1) بواسطة وصيلة (مكيف / الرسم (8) في الشكل (1) والرسم التوضيحي في الشكل (1-1) . هذا الجهاز يستعمل لفحص نوعين رئيسيين
