Abstract

مركبات ذات التركيبة التالية من انهيدريد الحمض التي عند استخدامها في العلاج على شكل تركيبات لامائية وخاصة لتامين الامتصاص السريع في الاحماض الدهنية المتجانسة الموجودة في بلازما الدم وليبيدات الخلايا الحمراء:- R1 - O- R2 حيث R1 هي مجموعة اسيل مشتقة من حمض دهني حيويا غير مشبع وخاصة التي له ذرات كربون تتراوح بين 16 : 26 (C16-26 ) والتي تحتوي على روابط مزدوجة سيس (Cis) او ترانس (Trans) عددها من اثنين الى ستة ، و R2 هي مجموعة اسيل تماثل R1 ، وتكون المجموعتان متشابهتين او مختلفتين .
