Abstract

Fibres made of acrylonitrile polymers which are manufactured with a molar concentration of acrylonitrile units of at least 98% are used to reinforce products made of hydraulic binders, the fibres advantageously have a tenacity of at least 50 CN/ tex and an elongation at break of at most 15% , after setting , these fibres give products having good flexural strengths and an excellent impact strength.
