In questo caso, tuttavia, gli inconvenienti sono notevoli: i più rilevanti, comunque, sono da un lato l’impossibilità di reperire il materiale con un preavviso breve, dall’altro, specie nel caso di specifiche conferenze o eventi simili, il rischio di rifornirsi di troppo o troppo poco materiale con la conseguenza, rispettivamente, di ritrovarsi alla fine con materiale in eccesso da buttare o di non avere materiale sufficiente per tutti i destinatari finali.
