Stato della tecnica preesistente: allo stato attuale esistono distributori automatici in grado di erogare prodotti di varia natura sulla base del singolo pezzo (es. distributori di sigarette, di bibite, di snack, di dvd, di gadgets etc.). Nessuno di questi distributori è attualmente in grado di determinare la quantità di prodotto da distribuire sulla base del peso. In pratica, esistono già distributori di prodotti finiti, ma non di prodotti sfusi (a parte distributori di liquidi e gas - quali i carburanti - che vengono però erogati a volume o a litri, e non a peso). Problema tecnico e soluzione: il problema che si è affrontato volge non solo ad automatizzare completamente l'erogazione di prodotti sfusi (quali, ad esempio, caramelle, caffè in grani, granaglie etc.), ma anche ad assicurare la massima igiene nella distribuzione di prodotti alimentari sfusi. La soluzione prevede 1'automatizzazione del processo di distribuzione di prodotti sfusi tramite l'ausilio di una bilancia elettronica per determinare la quantità di prodotto da erogare. Descrizione dettagliata di un modo di attuazione: per meglio comprendere l'attuazione dell'invenzione, si presenta un'applicazione pratica, ovvero un distributore automatico di dolciumi sfusi. Normalmente questo prodotto viene venduto a peso e necessita l'intervento di un operatore, che talvolta è il cliente stesso, il quale sceglie e mischia i prodotti prelevandoli da vari contenitori. E' facile capire che l'igiene in questi casi non può essere certamente garantita. Automatizzando completamente l'operazione si assicura invece non solo la totale igiene, ma contemporaneamente anche la corretta conservazione del prodotto che è collocato in un ambiente a temperatura controllata. L'apparecchiatura è composta essenzialmente dai seguenti componenti: Fig.1-1/2 n.l distributore automatico, a temperatura controllata, con i contenitori dei prodotti da erogare sfusi. Normally this product is sold by weight and requires the intervention of an operator, who is sometimes the customer himself, who chooses and mixes the products by taking them from various containers. It is easy to understand that hygiene in these cases certainly cannot be guaranteed. By fully automating the operation, on the other hand, not only total hygiene is ensured, but at the same time also the correct conservation of the product which is placed in a controlled temperature environment. Il cliente (operatore) seleziona i prodotti desiderati e le rispettive quantità (ad esempio 20 gr. di caramelle gommose alla frutta, 30 gr. di mentine etc.) e procede al pagamento. Il distributore posiziona sulla bilancia un contenitore (bicchiere) adatto alle quantità richieste e sposta la bilancia in corrispondenza del contenitore del primo prodotto selezionato (nell'esempio: caramelle gommose alla frutta) ed attiva l'erogatore del prodotto controllandone la fuoriuscita sulla base del peso del prodotto che cade nel bicchiere. Una volta raggiunta la quantità desiderata (20 gr.) si sposta in corrispondenza dell'erogatore del secondo prodotto desiderato (mentine) e ripete l'operazione di erogazione / peso / controllo fino al completamento della richiesta. Infine eroga al cliente il contenitore con la quantità di prodotti richiesti, ed il relativo coperchio di chiusura, ed eventualmente stampa un riepilogo dei prodotti erogati .
