Con riferimento alle Figure annesse ed inizialmente alla Figura 1, la stanghetta flessibile, indicata complessivamente col numero di riferimento 5, è applicata ad una montatura 6 per occhiali 8 del tipo di per sé noto. Sostanzialmente, con particolare riferimento alle Figure dalla 2 alla 5, tale stanghetta 5 si compone di un mezzo di elasticizzazione 9 che collega la porzione 10 anteriore della stanghetta 5 incernierata alla montatura 6, attraverso la cerniera 11 , alla porzione 12 posteriore della stanghetta 5 da fermare all’ orecchio. Nel dettaglio, tale mezzo di elasticizzazione 9 è disposto tra le estremità 13 e 14 affacciate rispettivamente della porzione 10 anteriore e di quella 12 posteriore, preferibilmente, in posizione avvicinata alla cerniera 11. Più precisamente, tale mezzo di elasticizzazione 9 è formato da una appendice 15 a forcella che si protrae dall'estremità 13, secondo l’asse longitudinale della stanghetta 5, e da un elemento di articolazione 16 che si estende dall’altra estremità 14 longitudinalmente entro l'appendice 15 impegnandola. Quest’ultima presenta un ramo lungo 17 ed un ramo corto 18 con i tratti di estremità 19 e 20 piegati ad uncino verso l'interno dell’appendice 15. A sua volta, l’elemento di articolazione 16 è costituito da una piastrina prismatica con gli spigoli smussati dotata di una coppia dì fori 21 e 22 passanti distanziati, trasversalmente praticati rispetto all'asse longitudinale della stanghetta 5, che accolgono, con un leggerissimo gioco, i tratti di estremità 19 e 20. Preferibilmente, al fine di migliorare la funzionalità del mezzo di elasticizzazione 9, tali fori 21 e 22 si presentano disallineati rispetto all’asse longitudinale della stanghetta 5 e, nella fattispecie, il foro 22 è praticato in posizione esterna rispetto al medesimo asse.
