Il procedimento in oggetto consente di trasferire sul tessuto ad esempio di magliette od altro, le immagini desiderate, e ciò semplicemente mediante il ferro da stiro, senza dover impiegare i metodi attualmente in uso che prevedono l’impiego di presse industriali ad alta temperatura e pressione. -Caratteristica principale del procedimento è il fatto che il trasferimento avviene impiegando una speciale carta che viene interposta fra il tessuto ed il ferro da stiro e sulla quale è stata riprodotta l’immagine prescelta mediante le normali fotocopiatrici o le stampanti laser. -La carta speciale è ottenute accoppiando a caldo un foglio di carta siliconata con una pellicola sintetica termoadesiva.-Nella tavola di disegno unita la flg. 1 mostra la disposizione degli elementi necessari allo scopo; la fig.2 rappresenta a titolo di esempio una immagine trasferita sul tessuto. -NEL DETTAGLIO.- Il procedimento ideato per trasferire immagini sul tessuto è particolarmente semplice e la sequenza delle operazioni richieste è la seguente.-Si procede anzitutto alla preparazione della speciale carta da impiegare, e ciò si ottiene semplicemente accoppiando a caldo un foglio di carta siliconata 1 con una pellicola sintetica termoadesiva 2.-II foglio così ottenuto si passa alla fotocopiatrice o alla stampante laser, per riprodurre sullo stesso l’immagine che si desidera trasferire sul tessuto. foglio di carta viene appoggiato con la figura riprodotta aderente al tessuto e si passa il ferro da stiro sul retro dello stesso foglio ad una temperatura di circa 1S0°C per circa 15 o 20 secondi, muovendolo in modo da coprire uniformemente tutta la superficie interessata al procedimento. -A raffreddamento avvenuto si distacca semplicemente la carta 1 e l immagine rimane saldamente incorporata al tessuto 3.-La sottile pellicola sintetica termoadesiva può essere di tipo poliammidico, poliestere o di altre adatte miscele.-Da quanto descritto ed illustrato risultano evidenti la novità e l originalità del procedimento ideato, specialmente per il fatto che il trasferimento delle immagini sul tessuto, può essere fatto in proprio, nelle abitazioni, senza l’impiego di apparecchiature speciali<' >normalmente in uso.-Nella fase esecutiva del procedimento ideato verranno apportate alcune necessarie modifiche alla composizione dei materiali impiegati, senza peraltro uscire dai concetti esposti.- Ogni variante esecutiva rientrerà nell’ ambito della presente invenzione.
