Il trovato riguarda un contenitore del tipo “bag in box” munito di indicatore della quantità di prodotto in esso contenuto, secondo la parte generale della rivendicazione 1. All’atto pratico con il “B1B” è possibile spillare un liquido (in particolare il vino) un poco per volta e la sacca, essendo realizzata con del materiale dilatabile ed elastico, dalla condizione di massimo riempimento si restringe man mano che il contenuto diminuisce, senza formare bolle d’aria; pertanto il prodotto si conserva bene anche per parecchi giorni dopo la prima apertura del rubinetto. Speci ficatamente, scopo del presente trovato è la realizzazione di un contenitore del tipo “bag in box” dotato di un accessorio che permetta all’utente di valutare con sufficiente precisione la quantità di prodotto ancora contenuta nella sacca. Più specificatamente, scopo del presente trovato è quello di dotare il suddetto contenitore di un accessorio che risulti di semplice e rapida manovrabilità e che non comporti costi elevati di realizzazione. Tali scopi sono raggiunti con la realizzazione di un contenitore del tipo “bag in box”, che risulta munito di un listello rigido, che l’utente inserisce in una feritoia praticata sulla parete superiore della scatola in cartone, fino a venire in contatto con la parte superiore della sacca interna. In buona sostanza, quando la sacca è ancora quasi piena, il listello, sul quale è stampigliata una scala graduata, penetra poco nella scatola mentre, di contro, quando la sacca è quasi vuota, il suddetto listello vi penetra quasi totalmente. La caratteristica di novità del trovato è costituita dal fatto che il contenitore è corredato di un listello rigido 4, che viene inserito in una feritoia 5, praticata sulla parete superiore della scatola, fino ad incontrare la parte superiore della sacca 1. Operativamente, come si evince dalfiosservazione delle figg. 2-4, man mano che la quantità di prodotto contenuto nella sacca 1 diminuisce, la sacca stessa si “accartoccia” progressivamente, permettendo al listello indicatore 4 di penetrare sempre di più nella scatola ed il valore di tale penetrazione viene misurato tramite una scala graduata 6, rapportata al volume del prodotto contenuto, impressa su detto listello. Claims 1. "BAG IN BOX" TYPE CONTAINER FITTED WITH AN INDICATOR OF THE QUANTITY OF PRODUCT CONTAINED, consisting of a bag (1), in expandable and elastic material, which contains the product, inserted in a cardboard box (2) , since a tap (3) is provided, applied to the bag and protrudes from the box, said container is characterized by the fact that the indicator of the quantity of product is constituted by a rigid strip (4), which is inserted in a slot (5) , made on the upper wall of the box until it meets the upper part of the bag.

2. CONTAINER OF THE "BAG IN BOX" TYPE FITTED WITH AN INDICATOR OF THE QUANTITY OF PRODUCT CONTAINED, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the quantity of product contained in the bag (1) determines the penetration of the strip (4) into the box (2) and the value of this penetration is measured by means of a graduated scale (6), related to the volume of the contained product, impressed on said strip.

3. CONTAINER OF THE "BAG IN BOX" TYPE FITTED WITH AN INDICATOR OF THE QUANTITY OF PRODUCT CONTAINED, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the graduated strip (4) is a separate element from the rest of the container.

CONTAINER OF THE "BAG IN BOX" TYPE FITTED WITH AN INDICATOR OF THE QUANTITY OF PRODUCT CONTAINED, according to claim 3, characterized by the fact that the strip (4), during handling and storage, is glued with points of gluing (7) on the cardboard wall (2) from where, when necessary, it can be detached by means of a weak traction.

CONTAINER OF THE "BAG IN BOX" TYPE FITTED WITH AN INDICATOR OF THE QUANTITY OF PRODUCT CONTAINED, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the graduated strip (4) constitutes an additional thickness obtained on the blank that makes up the cardboard box (2) and is connected there by means of weak jumpers (8).
