La presente invenzione concerne un dispositivo di fissaggi' per apparecchi paraspifferi automatici ed un apparecchio paraspifferi incorporante tale dispositivo. The present invention relates to a fastening device for automatic draft excluders and a draft excluder incorporating this device.

Come è noto, gli apparecchi paraspifferi automatici vengono installati sul bordo inferiore dei serramenti al fine di ostruire fessure esistenti tra il bordo dei medesimi ed il pavimento. In generale, questi apparecchi sono di tipo automatico in quanto si abbassano e si sollevano da soli rispettivamente chiudendo ed aprendo il serramento grazie ad un pulsante laterale cooperante con lo stipite che agisce su un complesso di leve e molle. Il montaggio di questi apparecchi viene di solito svolto manualmente o con l'ausilio di attrezzature portatili da addetti specializzati nei luoghi di produzione dei serramenti oppure dagli installatori di questi ultimi direttamente presso l’acquirente. In particolare, il montaggio comporta la preparazione di una sede di alloggiamento longitudinale lungo il bordo inferiore, l'inserimento dell'apparecchio paraspifferi premontato e, quindi, il fissaggio di quest'ultimo attraverso una coppia di viti inserite trasversalmente nel corpo dell'apparecchio paraspifferi ed avvitate manualmente sul cielo della sede. Un montaggio di questo tipo è ad esempio illustrato nell’ambito della domanda di brevetto italiano per invenzione industriale No. VI97A000185 depositata il 5/11/1997 a nome del medesimo titolare della presente domanda. Un altro tipo di installazione di un apparecchio paraspifferi automatico consiste nel ricavare per stampaggio o riportare sulle ali del profilato ad “ capovolta coppie di piccole appendici contrapposte, sporgenti all’esterno e rivolte in senso opposto a quello d’inserimento dell’apparecchio nella propria sede. In alternativa, tale vite 31 viene avvitata in un dado (non illustrato) bloccato trasversalmente nella sede 25 a “T" e, quindi, penetra liberamente nel tratto longitudinale della sede 25 medesima. In questo modo, avvitando la vite 31 nel foro 24 del blocchetto o nel dado ospitato nella sede 25 si causa l'avvicinamento del corpo divaricazione progressiva delle appendici 21 le cui estremità fuoriescono dalle finestrature 18 penetrando ed incastrando sempre più le sporgenze 26 nelle pareti 16 della sede 11. Il fissaggio dell’apparecchio paraspifferi 9 così conseguito viene mantenuto nel tempo grazie all’azione di contrasto esercitata dai rilievi 30 sulle sporgenze 27 sagomate a dente. Naturalmente, la regolazione del fissaggio o il disimpegno completo dell’apparecchio paraspifferi 9 si ottiene svitando la vite 31 di modo che i mezzi di espansione 15 muovano a ritroso fino a ritornare entro il primo profilato 10. Il dispositivo di fissaggio 8 coopera altresì con i mezzi di traslazione del secondo profilato 13 rispetto al primo 10. Nel dettaglio e secondo la tecnica nota, tali mezzi di traslazione comprendono uno spintore a pulsante 33 sporgente ad una delle estremità dell’apparecchio paraspifferi 9 opportunamente rimovibile con una semplice azione di trazione cosi da consentire l'accesso, tramite una giraviti esagonale 34, alla testa 32 della vite 31, una leva ed una molla elicoidale, indicate coi numeri di riferimento 35 e 36, incernierate alle loro estremità rispettivamente posteriormente al blocchetto ed al secondo profilato 13. ;Si è in pratica constatato come il dispositivo descritto raggiunga il compito e gli scopi prefissati in quanto consente di fissare un qualsiasi tipo di apparecchio paraspifferi automatico ad un qualsiasi serramento in modo pratico, agevole e facilitato e, soprattutto senza praticare alcun foro. Inoltre, tale dispositivo consente di regolare in maniera molto precisa i mezzi di espansione in modo da adeguarne la pressione esercitata sulle pareti della sede in funzione del materiale con cui è realizzato il serramento. Infine, l’apparecchio paraspifferi incorporante tale dispositivo risulta oltremodo vantaggioso per il fatto che può essere applicato sia in maniera tradizionale sia facendolo scorrere entro la sede di alloggiamento da una delle estremità del bordo inferiore di serramenti già installati. Finally, the draft excluder incorporating this device is extremely advantageous due to the fact that it can be applied both in a traditional way and by sliding it into the housing seat from one of the ends of the lower edge of already installed windows. It is evident that this aspect is particularly useful in the case of armored windows as it is no longer necessary to proceed with their removal and reinstallation after application. ; The device according to the invention is susceptible to numerous variations and modifications all falling within the scope of the same inventive concept expressed here. Claims

CLAIMS 1.
