Description
La presente innovazione concerne un pannello composito per realizzare portoni sezionali. The present innovation concerns a composite panel for making sectional doors.
Sono noti portoni sezionali costituiti da una pluralità di pannelli autoportanti reciprocamente articolati tra loro e scorrevoli su carrelli lungo una coppia di rotaie che decorrono parallelamente ai bordi dell'apertura da chiudere e parallelamente al soffitto. Un problema che i costruttori di pannelli hanno tenuto ben presente ed hanno cercato di risolvere consiste nel rischio di schiacciamento delle dita dell'utente che voglia azionare a mano il portone scorrevole. Infatti durante l'azionamento dei pannelli adiacenti dal passaggio dalla configurazione complanare alla loro posizione angolata, si determina in corrispondenza del lato interno del portone un avvicinamento dei bordi reciprocamente articolati con evidente pericolo di schiacciamento delle dita che si trovassero accidentalmente interposte tra i due pannelli. Inoltre in corrispondenza del lato esterno del portone scorrevole, nel passaggio della posizione complanare dei pannelli adiacenti alla posizione angolata si determina un allontanamento dei bordi reciprocamente articolati, e nel successivo passaggio opposto si determina il loro riavvicinamento con gli stessi rischi per l'utente.
