CLAIMS 1 - Extendable table comprising a fixed frame (11) having a plurality of legs (12) and at least two lateral bands (13) parallel to each other and able to support a support surface (16) having at least one mobile part (17), with respect to said fixed frame (11), between a closed position and an open position which allows the positioning of an extension plane (19) coplanar to said support surface (16), characterized in that said movable part (17) is provided on two opposite sides facing said side bands (13) with protruding means (18) able to be slidably inserted into mating longitudinal grooves (22) obtained on said side bands (13) and that the upper part of said legs (12) it is adapted to close the ends of said longitudinal grooves (22) to limit the opening stroke of said movable part (17) to a defined value and prevent said protruding means (18) from coming out of said longitudinal grooves (22). 2 - Extendable table as in claim 1, characterized in that said movable part (17) comprises a first zone (17a) on the opposite sides of which said protruding means (18) and a second zone (17b) without said means are obtained protruding (18). 3 - Extendable table as in claim 2, characterized by the fact that said upper part of the legs (12) is equipped with a notch (21), obtained in correspondence with the edge facing inwards of the same table (10), within which the edges of said second zone (17b) are able to slide. 4 - Extendable table as claimed in Claim 1 and 3, characterized in that said groove (22) and said notch (21) are coplanar, parallel and transversely offset from each other in the direction of the width of the table (10) itself. 5 - Extendable table as in claim 3, characterized in that said notch (21) is open both laterally and upwards. 6 - Extendable table as in Claim 5, characterized in that said notch (21) comprises two guiding surfaces, one horizontal (21a) and one vertical (21b). 7 - Extendable table as in Claim 1, characterized in that said groove (22) comprises two sliding surfaces defining an acute angle. 8 - Extendable table as in claim 1, characterized in that said movable part (17) has the upper surface coplanar with the upper surface of both said lateral bands (13) and said legs (12), 9 - Extendable table as in claim 1, characterized by the fact that said extension surface (19) is equipped on two opposite sides facing said side bands (13) with protruding elements (24) suitable for sliding insertion in millings (23) obtained on the internal side of said lateral bands (13), 10 sliding of said protruding elements (24) in said millings (23) allowing to selectively bring said extension plane (19) in a stable lowered position in which it is arranged under said movable part (17) or in a stable raised position in which it is substantially coplanar with said movable part (17). 10 - Extendable table as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that said milling (23) is shaped like an "M". 11 - Extendable table as in Claim 1, characterized in that said movable part (17) is made of glass. 12 - Extendable table substantially as described, with reference to the attached drawings.
