Dispositivo svita-tappi atto a cooperare con il tappo a vite (25) o con il tappo a fungo di una bottiglia, comprendente un elemento a coppa (12) associato ad un elemento di collegamento radialmente disposto (14) cooperante con una manopola (11) girevole assialmente, detto elemento a coppa (12) definendo una sede di posizionamento e contenimento (13) con cui va temporalmente a cooperare il tappo (25), detto elemento di collegamento (14) presentando internamente una sede longitudinale (15) presentante un tratto filettato femmina (20) con cui va a cooperare un cursore (18) filettato maschio (19), detto cursore (18) essendo bloccato girevolmente ma libero di scorrere longitudinalmente nella manopola (11) fra una posizione di completo arretramento ed una posizione di completo avanzamento, detto cursore (18) presentando anteriormente un elemento di bloccaggio (32) che va a cooperare con la sede di posizionamento e contenimento (13) del tappo (25) quando il cursore (18) è in una posizione avanzata, detto elemento di bloccaggio (24) essendo bloccato girevolmente ma libero di scorrere assialmente all'interno della sede longitudinale (15).
