Description
DESCRIZIONE dell’invenzione industriale dal titolo “SENSORE MECCANICO ED ELETTRONICO ATTO A RILEVARE TAGLI E LACERAZIONI” DESCRIPTION of the industrial invention entitled "MECHANICAL AND ELECTRONIC SENSOR TO DETECT CUTS AND LACERATIONS"
The present invention relates to a mechanical and electronic sensor suitable for detecting cuts and lacerations.
There are a variety of packaging and wrapping systems on the market. The function of packaging and packaging systems of the known type is to contain substances, objects and materials of any kind. Their use is essential for the handling, transfer, transport and storage of said substances, objects and materials of any kind contained therein.
The substances, objects and materials of any kind packaged and contained with known systems are subject to theft as they are often attractive.
One of the ways in which thefts can be perpetrated is by cutting or tearing the packaging or the known type of packaging; following these activities, the criminals remove partially or totally the substances, objects and materials packed or packaged.
When the thefts are perpetrated by cutting or tearing the packaging or packaging of a known type, as a result of which the criminals partially or totally remove the substances, objects and materials of any kind contained therein, the packaging or wrapping of a known type, they do not have any functionality and effectiveness in terms of identifying, recording and reporting the event.
It would be desirable to have a sensor that allows known packaging and packaging systems not to complain of the problems and limitations described above but that allows known packaging and packaging systems to identify, record and signal the cut or tearing (including normal opening and closing) of such packages or packages of a known type.
The main purpose of this invention is to provide a mechanical and electronic sensor suitable for detecting cuts and tears which can be adopted by many known packaging and packaging systems and which allows known packaging and packaging systems to identify, register and report the cutting or tearing (including opening and closing grids) of such packages and packages of a known type.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a mechanical and electronic sensor suitable for detecting cuts and break-ins, which is of low production costs.
Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a mechanical and electronic sensor capable of detecting cuts and lacerations that can assume a container or casing structure suitable for packaging and be constructed in order to contain materials; moreover, that it can be applied to already existing packagings and packages of a known type, even in the form of overpacking.
Not least object is to provide a mechanical and electronic sensor suitable for detecting cuts and lacerations, which can recognize several damage at a later time.
In accordance with the invention, this object is achieved by means of a mechanical and electronic sensor suitable for detecting cuts and lacerations achieved by coupling layers of known types of materials, placed in sequence with each other. Said sensor also comprises an electronic instrumentation of known type which allows to measure the variation of fundamental and derived physical quantities between the various layers, over time, variation generated by the cutting or tearing of the coupling of layers of known materials.
Di seguito descriviamo la misura di alcune grandezze fisiche che possono essere misurate con il sensore meccanico ed elettronico atto a rilevare tagli e lacerazioni, a titolo di esempio non limitativo: Below we describe the measurement of some physical quantities that can be measured with the mechanical and electronic sensor designed to detect cuts and lacerations, by way of non-limiting example:
Figure 1 shows how the voltage (Volt) applied to the layers is measured by means of the mechanical and electronic sensor suitable for detecting cuts and break-ins.
Figure 2 shows how the resistivity (Ohm) applied to the layers is measured through the mechanical and electronic sensor for detecting cuts and break-ins. The resistance depends on some physical and geometric characteristics of the conductor.
Figure 3 shows the method of measuring, by means of the mechanical and electronic sensor suitable for detecting cuts and break-ins, of the Capacitance (Farad), applied to the layers with a comparative method; for this purpose a capacitive element known as the reference sample is used.
Figure 4 shows the composition and relative operation of the mechanical and electronic sensor suitable for detecting cuts and lacerations (1) composed of layers of materials placed in sequence with each other (2) connected to the control system comprising electronic circuitry (3); in the event that an external element (10) tears the layers of materials placed in sequence between them (2), said layers are cut, folded and generally modified (9) generating the variation of fundamental and derived physical quantities between the various over time, variation which is detected by the control system comprising electronic circuitry (3). Said control system comprising electronic circuitry (3) can include, by way of non-limiting example, RFID, GSM, GPS, etc. equipment, suitable for recording and signaling, even remotely, such variation of fundamental and derived physical quantities between the various layers.
Come indicato in Figura 2, in caso di taglio il valore resistivo cambia in quanto i materiali vengono a contatto o interrotti (vedi figura 4 particolare 9). As indicated in Figure 2, in case of cutting the resistive value changes as the materials come into contact or are interrupted (see figure 4 detail 9).
As indicated in Figure 3, in the event of a cut, the potential of the plates is modified and / or zeroed (see Figure 4 detail (9)).
As indicated in Figure 4, the number and composition of the layers (4, 5,6, 7, 8) can vary; for example, known types of layers can be used: conductive, semi-conductive, dielectric, insulating, coloring / staining agents, layers composed of electrical circuits and / or windings, and others of a known type.
