Il presente modello riguarda il settore della cartotecnica e più in particolare un plico postale in cartoncino dotato di almeno un comparto tridimensionale, chiuso da un’anta con apertura a strappo, atto a contenere, ed occultare, un oggetto appunto tridimensionale quale, ad esempio, un campione di prodotto. Quanto contenuto nel comparto, campione o gadget che sia, risulta estraibile solo strappando detta anta lungo una linea di rottura prestabilita, rendendo del tutto evidente l’effrazione compiuta e dall’altro possibile il riutilizzo della parte restante del plico, che data la sua conformazione bidimensionale fornisce spazio per ulteriori messaggi pubblicitari e commerciali. Come è noto agli addetti ai lavori, una delle criticità che si riscontra nell’inoltro di plichi, anche attraverso il sistema postale, è inerente alla facilità con cui questi possono essere oggetto di manomissione soprattutto laddove contengano al loro interno informazioni più o meno riservate di qualsivoglia genere o oggetti tridimensionali come campioni o gadget. Facendo riferimento alle figure così come rappresentate, si evidenzia che il plico postale oggetto del presente trovato, a titolo meramente esemplificativo, è in una forma rettangolare ed è composto da un cartoncino (o materiali equipollenti), che si ripiega a libro, dove la parte sottostante A funge da base mentre sulla parte anteriore B, è ricavata una apposita anta E delimitata da una linea di cordonatura orizzontale 2, da due linee di perforazione 3a,3b, e da una apertura a strappo formata da una linguetta 1 dotata sul suo contorno di una linea di perforazioni a lisca di pesce 4, come sarà meglio descritto più avanti. Il comparto bombato viene chiuso lateralmente tramite le due ali L1 ed L2 della base A, evidenziate in fig. 3. CLAIMS 1) Postal envelope in cardboard with a compartment that allows, through special anti-burglary tear-off closures, to contain three-dimensional objects, characterized by the fact that: this postal envelope is formed starting from a cardboard, which is folded like a book, on a creasing line (C), in two wings (A) and (B), where the wing (B) is folded in an arch into a its first section on the wing (A) which acts as a base, with an arrow sufficient to delimit a space of adequate height for the three-dimensional sample to be contained; where the same wing (B) has a special door (E) of variable shape and size, delimited by a horizontal creasing line (2), by two perforation lines (3a, 3b), and by a tear opening formed by a tab (1) equipped on its contour with a line of herringbone perforations (4), which, once torn, allows access to the underlying housing to extract its contents; where the base wing (A) is equipped along each of its two free edges with a protrusion in the form of a circular sector (L1, L2), able to be folded at 90 ° along a crease and to be fixed to the curved wing (B) by means of a tab (LL), to constitute the lateral wall of the three-dimensional compartment where the sample is contained (H) and where the flat part of the curved door (B) is fixed with any known means to the door (A) in correspondence with two transversal sections (U) and (V) giving rise to a further fixed or detachable opening door (F) thanks the preparation of one or two pre-established breaking lines (11).

2) Postal envelope as in the previous claim characterized by the fact that the cardboard used as a base (A), in the back, has the space to enter the recipient's data (6) as well as for the postage (5), elements that can be also housed in the front part of the envelope.

3) Multifunction postal envelope, as per claims 1 and 2, characterized by the possibility for the cards and doors to take on different shapes and sizes.

4) Cardboard postal envelope, as per claim 1, in which the presence of at least two spaced and parallel breaking lines (11) on the door (B) allows the creation of advertising coupons, business cards or any visual communication product that it can also be used independently.
