DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is part of the technical sector relating to the education and training of individuals in the field of separate waste collection, to safeguard the environment.

It is particularly interesting mainly for children and school-age children but also for their respective parents and relatives.

The issue of separate collection for the recovery and optimal management of the disposal of household waste is becoming increasingly important, especially where the increasingly numerous municipal and provincial ordinances require such separate collection.

Therefore, the education and training of citizens in this perspective becomes fundamental, preferably starting with children and school age children.

Numerous information brochures are currently available, drawn up by the municipal and provincial authorities, which contain only guidelines for the separation of household waste and its separate collection.

Consequently, these information brochures leave room for many doubts and multiple interpretations, especially with regard to so-called mixed waste, for example paper / plastic, paper / aluminum, etc.

These doubts and interpretations, already challenging for adults, become practically insurmountable for children and school-age children.

In addition to this, the presentation of the brochures itself, which are to be read and leafed through, is not particularly inviting.

The purpose of the present invention is to obviate the aforementioned problems by proposing a device for receiving and supporting educational discs in the field of separate collection, and an educational kit including this receiving and supporting device, which allow individuals to recognize and correctly differentiate waste. , both in the home and in the workplace, promoting the education and training of the same individuals in terms of separate waste collection. A further object of the invention is to propose a device for receiving and supporting educational discs in the field of separate waste collection, and an educational kit including this receiving and supporting device, which are simple and easy to understand even for boys and children. in school age, as well as for adults.

A further object of the invention is to propose a device for receiving and supporting educational discs in the field of separate collection, and an educational kit including this receiving and supporting device, which allow to favor and encourage the learning of separation techniques. of waste destined for separate collection, up to an advanced level of waste separation.

The purposes indicated above are achieved by means of a device for receiving and supporting educational discs in the field of separate collection, comprising: - a plurality of educational discs, each configured to illustrate a predetermined waste, and each comprising a central hole and a peripheral coding hole having a predetermined distance from the central hole according to the type of waste illustrated;

- a support base capable of receiving such educational discs in support and stacked;

- a central office realized in the support base;

- a pin sized to fit into the central seat of the support base, and to allow its engagement with the central hole of each educational disc;

- a plurality of peripheral seats made in the support base, each of which at a predetermined distance from the central seat according to a type of waste;

- a pin sized so as to be inserted in these peripheral seats of the support base, and so as to allow its engagement with the peripheral coding holes of the educational discs configured with the same type of refusal only, so as not to allow the engagement of the plug in the peripheral coding holes of the educational discs configured with a different type of rejection.

According to particular embodiments, the proposed device for receiving and supporting educational discs in the field of separate waste collection includes one or more of the following characteristics, considered individually or in combination: • an information card is provided, able to rest on the upper surface of the support base, which comprises a central hole and a plurality of peripheral holes capable of facing the corresponding central seat and peripheral seats formed in the support base; with each peripheral hole made in the information sheet which is flanked by the literal and / or graphic indication of the corresponding type of waste, so as to allow positioning of the plug in the peripheral seat of the support base corresponding to the desired type of waste;

• the peripheral seats of the support base can be distributed according to a spiral, each at a predetermined distance from the central seat according to the type of associated waste;

• the peripheral offices of the support base can be distributed along lines that extend from the headquarters to the outside, each at a predetermined distance from the headquarters depending on the type of associated waste;

• the peripheral seats of the support base are distributed along lines that extend radially from the central seat;

• the pin and / or pin are coupled with the corresponding central seat and / or peripheral seats of the support base, by means of interlocking or by threading; • Educational discs consist of used and / or recycled CDs / DVDs;

• on one side of each CD / DVD there is an image of the waste to be differentiated, and on the other side of the same CD / DVD there is detailed information on the waste illustrated and its type; with these images and information are obtained on the corresponding sides by direct printing or labels.

The same objects are also achieved by means of an educational kit comprising the aforementioned device for receiving and supporting educational discs in the field of separate collection, realized in accordance with claims 9 and 10.

The characteristics of the invention will be highlighted below in which some preferred, but not exclusive, embodiments are described by way of example, with reference to the attached drawing tables in which:

Figure 1 schematically illustrates a plan view of a first embodiment of the proposed device for receiving and supporting educational discs;

With reference to the aforementioned tables it is agreed to indicate with the general reference 1 the proposed device for receiving and supporting educational discs 2 in the field of separate waste collection, and with the general references 100 and 150 respectively an exhibitor and a station forming part of a kit educational on the subject of separate collection which includes this receiving and support device 1.

The proposed receiving and supporting device 1 comprises, in an innovative way: - a plurality of educational discs 2 each configured to illustrate a predetermined rejection, and each comprising a central hole 20 and a peripheral coding hole 25 having a predetermined distance from the central hole 20 according to the type of waste illustrated;

- a support base 3 capable of supporting and stacking said educational discs 2;

- a central seat 30 made in the support base 3;

- a pin 4 sized to fit into the central seat 30 of the support base 3, and to allow its engagement with the central hole 20 of each educational disc 2;

- a plurality of peripheral seats 35 made in the support base 3, each of which at a predetermined distance from the central seat 30 according to a type of waste;

- a pin 5 sized so as to be inserted in these peripheral seats 35 of the support base 3, and so as to allow its engagement with the peripheral coding holes 25 of the educational discs 2 only configured with the same type of refusal, so as to not to allow engagement of the plug 5 in the peripheral coding holes 25 of the educational discs 2 configured with a different type of waste. The coding system of the educational discs 2 is therefore based on the distance between the central hole 20 and the peripheral hole 25, which corresponds to a predetermined type of waste configured and illustrated on the same educational discs 2.

In order to allow the insertion of an educational disc 2 on the proposed receiving and support device 1, it is therefore necessary that the distance between the pin 5 and the pin 4 positioned on the support base 3 is the same distance between the centers of the educational disc 2 in selection.

The educational discs 2 which have a different center hole distance 20 / peripheral hole 25 cannot be inserted on the proposed receiving and support device 1, as they are configured for a different type of waste.

Advantageously, the educational discs 2 can be constituted by used and / or recycled CDs / DVDs, which can be easily configured by direct printing or alternatively with labels, so as to give a realistic feeling of the waste illustrated.

The realization of the prints, or the affixing of the labels, takes place on the front sides of the CD / DVD used.

These prints and / or labels may represent, by way of example, the following types of home collection waste, ecological station, paper / cardboard, organic / green, plastic / packaging, undifferentiated, glass / cans, street containers. Similarly, the CDs / DVDs used may have direct prints or labels containing detailed information on the waste illustrated and on their typology on the rear sides opposite to the front ones.

In this case, the combination of a realistic print of the waste to be differentiated (made on the front side) together with the information corresponding to this waste and its type (affixed to the rear side), favor the achievement of an advanced level in the differentiation of waste. By way of example, according to a widespread presumption of individuals, an office document collector could be erroneously associated with the "paper / cardboard" type, forgetting that it often contains metal parts that would recommend its disposal in "unsorted waste".

This teaching is preliminarily provided with the coding system of the corresponding CD / DVD, which would not be compatible with the central / peripheral hole spacing of the "paper / cardboard" type, then subsequently with the in-depth information present on the rear side of the CD / DVD. , which detail and deepen the reason for compatibility with the wheelbase associated with the "undifferentiated waste" type.

A similar error could occur in the case of waste consisting of a plastic door which, if made of biodegradable material, must be placed in the "organic" waste and not in the "plastic / packaging" waste.

In this case, the realistic degree of the print on the front side of the CD / DVD becomes decisive which, in addition to the illustration of the stylized cover, must contain additional information about the nature of the material with which this cover is made; just as the in-depth information on the rear side of the CD / DVD that explicitly defines the nature of the material with which the cover is made and its correct typology are important, in the event of doubtful interpretation of the illustration.

Used and / or recycled CDs / DVDs can be easily encoded with the creation of only the predetermined peripheral hole 25, which defines the type of waste, as the central hole 20 would already be present.

According to a preferred embodiment, the proposed receiving and supporting device 1 can comprise an information card 6, capable of resting on the upper surface of the support base 3, which in turn comprises a central hole 60 and a plurality of peripheral holes 65 capable of facing the corresponding central seat 30 and peripheral seats 35 made in the support base 3.

Advantageously, each peripheral hole 65 made in the information sheet 6 is flanked by the literal and / or graphic indication of the corresponding type of waste, so as to allow positioning of the pin 5 in the peripheral seat 35 of the support base 3 corresponding to the desired type of rejection.

According to a first embodiment illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, the peripheral seats 35 of the support base 3 are distributed according to a spiral, each at a predetermined distance from the central seat 20 according to the associated type of waste.

In accordance with a second embodiment illustrated in Figures 3 and 4, the peripheral seats 35 of the support base 3 are distributed along lines which extend from the central seat 20 outwards, each at a predetermined distance from the central seat 20 in depending on the type of associated waste.

In particular, the peripheral seats 35 of the support base 3 are distributed along lines which extend radially from the central seat 20.

According to the desired constructional specifications, the pin 4 and / or the pin 5 are coupled with the corresponding central seat 30 and / or peripheral seats 35 of the support base 3, by interlocking or alternatively by threading. Similarly, the central seat 30 and / or the peripheral seats 35 can be indifferently made blind or alternatively passing through the support base 3.

In the same way, the support base 3 and the information card 6 can be made with discoid geometry, similarly to the educational discs 2, or with any other geometry (eg triangular, square, rhomboid, etc.).

By way of example only, the support base 3 can be made with a circular geometry with a diameter of 90 mm and a height of 10 mm, with the central 30 and peripheral 35 holes having diameters of 15 mm and 6 mm respectively.

In this case, the peripheral holes 35 can have an interaxis with the central hole 30 which can be estimated at 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, 39, 42, 45 mm, in the case of 8 peripheral holes 35. In Figures 5 and 6 as many versions of a first embodiment of the proposed educational kit equipped with the receiving and supporting device 1 object of the invention have been illustrated.

This educational kit on separate waste collection includes, in an innovative way:

- a device 1 for receiving and supporting educational discs 2;

- an "L" -shaped display 100 on whose base 101 this receiving and support device 1 is fixed;

- a plurality of information cards 102 which contain the literal and / or graphic indication of the types of waste illustrated on the educational discs 2, with each information card 102 able to be fixed to the back 103 of the "L" -shaped display, near of the receiving and supporting device 1, according to the chosen type of waste;

- means 104 for supporting the educational discs 2 to be selected according to the selected type of waste indicated in the selected information sheet 102;

The support means 104 are fixed to the back 103 of the exhibitor 100, near the selected information sheet 102.

They, by way of example, may consist of a pair of pins that rise bilaterally from the back 103 of the exhibitor 100.

The exhibitor 100 can be indifferently made of melted cardboard (Figure 5) or in thermoformed plastic material (Figure 6).

In the educational kit illustrated in Figure 5 it is necessary, by way of example, to trace the educational discs 2 configured with images of waste of the "plastic" type.

Consequently, the center distance between the pin 5 and the pin 4 positioned on the support base 3, must correspond to the "plastic" coding associated with the center distance of the central hole 20 / peripheral holes 25 of the corresponding educational discs 2.

In the educational kit illustrated in Figure 6 it is necessary, by way of example, to trace the educational discs 2 configured with images of waste of the "paper" type.

Consequently, the center distance between the pin 5 and the pin 4 positioned on the support base 3 must correspond to the "paper" coding (different from the "plastic" coding) associated with the center hole distance 20 / peripheral holes 25 of the corresponding educational discs 2.

Figure 7 illustrates a second embodiment of the proposed educational kit equipped with the receiving and supporting device 1 object of the invention. This educational kit on separate waste collection includes, in an innovative way:

- a plurality of devices 1 for receiving and supporting educational discs 2;

- a station 150 with a truncated polygonal geometry on the side faces of which the receiving and supporting devices 1 are fixed;

- a plurality of literal and / or graphic indications of the selected types of waste illustrated on the educational discs 2, with such indications provided on each side face of the station 150, in proximity to the corresponding receiving and support device 1;

- means 151 for storing the educational discs 2 to be subjected to selection and to be placed on the corresponding receiving and support devices 1 according to the selected type of waste.

The storage means 151 can be fixed to the upper part of the truncated-polygonal geometry station 150.

By way of example, they can consist of a vertical pin that rises from the upper face of the station 150.

The station 150 can advantageously be made of thermoformed plastic material (Figure 7).

In the educational kit illustrated in Figure 7 it is necessary, by way of example, to trace the educational discs 2 configured with images of waste corresponding to the types illustrated in the lateral faces of the truncated polygonal station 150.

Each receiving and support device 1 positioned on a side face of the station 150 will correspond to a particular coding given by the pin 4 / pin 5 center distance corresponding to the respective type of waste identified by the associated literal and / or graphic indications.

From the above it is evident how the proposed device for receiving and supporting educational discs on the subject of separate waste collection, and the corresponding educational kit, allow individuals to correctly recognize and differentiate waste, both in the home and in the workplace. , encouraging the education and training of individuals themselves in terms of separate waste collection.

The reception and support device, together with the corresponding educational kit, are simple and easy to understand for any individual, especially for children and children of school age, as well as for adults.

In this way, the learning of waste separation techniques for separate collection is clearly encouraged and encouraged.

Direct prints or labels containing detailed information on the waste illustrated and on their type are advantageously affixed to the back sides of the used CDs / DVDs.

In this case, the combination of a realistic print of the waste to be differentiated (made on the front side) together with the information corresponding to this waste and its type (affixed to the rear side), favor the achievement of an advanced level in the differentiation of waste.
