DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to a clock with integrated advanced technologies.

Wristwatches are known which, in addition to the traditional time indication, have auxiliary functions of various types, for sporting, professional use, etc.

The aim of the present invention is to provide a new clock which has special functions combined with an original aesthetic appearance.

Within the scope of this aim, an object of the invention is to provide a watch with underwater properties and in general having great resistance.

Another object is to provide a watch that is easy and intuitive to use.

A further purpose of the! the present invention is to provide a watch which can be produced using commonly available elements and materials on the market and which is also competitive from an economic point of view.

This watch, due to its peculiar manufacturing characteristics, is able to ensure the widest guarantees of reliability and safety in use.

This and other purposes, which will appear more clearly in the following, are achieved by a watch, characterized in that it comprises a case body equipped with a dial, which is completely incorporated in a layer of rubbery material forming a single body with a strap; said layer of rubbery material completely covering said quadrant hiding it from view; said cashier body comprising inside it an electronic device capable of detecting at least the time and displaying it on said dial by means of a system of LED lights which are visible through said layer of rubbery material in the area of the dial.

Further characteristics and advantages of the object of the present invention will become more evident through an examination of the description of a preferred, but not exclusive, embodiment of the invention, illustrated by way of non-limiting example in the attached drawings, in which:

Figure 1 is a front view of the watch according to the present invention;

Figure 2 is a perspective view showing the watch on a user's wrist and in the inactive condition;

With particular reference to the numerical symbols of the aforementioned figures, the watch, according to the invention, globally indicated with the reference number 1, comprises a case body equipped with a dial which is completely incorporated in a layer of hypoallergenic silicone forming a single body with a strap 2.

The silicone layer completely covers the dial hiding it from view.

The casing body includes an electronic device capable of detecting the hours, minutes and date and displaying them on the dial through a system of LED lights which are visible through the silicone layer in zone 3 of the dial.

The activation of the lights is obtained by means of a small button placed on the table of the mechanism and adhering to the silicone in the dial area.

Once touched, the button triggers the contact of the LED lights so as to allow the time to be viewed in transparency through the silicone layer in zone 3 of the dial.

in practice, by touching the external silicone surface of zone 3 of the dial, the button is activated which controls the switching on of the lights indicating the time, date, etc.

In the example illustrated, the time is indicated by the lighting of a number of LEDs arranged in a crown, indicated with the reference number 4, equal to the number of the reference hour, while the minutes are indicated by central LEDs 5, which form a two-digit number.

The electronic movement of the watch is completely sealed inside a film of a particular heat-sealed PVC compound that makes it completely watertight and water resistant, up to a pressure of 9 bar, equal to 80 m below sea level.

According to the present invention, the watch further comprises an integrated NFC system.

Drowned inside a silicone buckle of watch band 2 1, is an electronic chip that uses NFC (Near Field Communication) technology that provides short-range two-way wireless connectivity, allowing you to connect those who perform the connection and who receives it for data exchange.

In this case, the NFC chip, once approached by a mobile phone equipped with this technology, can transfer to it all the pulses suitable for transmitting specially designed audio and video messages.

The watch object of the present invention also has a 2D graphic marker, not visible in the drawings, imprinted on the external surface of the silicone layer and which, when framed by a webcam of a mobile phone, allows to detect a defined virtual image by superimposing it on that real proposed by the webcam video with augmented reality effect, through which it is possible to photograph a real image by superimposing the virtual icon detected by the marker.

By augmented reality (in English "augmented reality", abbreviated AR), or computer-mediated reality, we mean the enrichment of human sensory perception through information, generally manipulated and conveyed electronically, which would not be perceptible with the five senses .

In practice it has been found that the invention achieves the intended aim and objects.

In fact, the first diving watch with integrated NFC and augmented reality technology was created.

The silicone layer, advantageously of the hypoallergenic type, can be formed in the widest variety of colors and shapes.

The materials used, as well as the dimensions, may of course be any according to requirements.

Watch, characterized in that it comprises a case body equipped with a dial, which is completely incorporated in a layer of rubbery material forming a single body with a strap; said layer of rubbery material completely covering said quadrant hiding it from view; said cashier body comprising inside it an electronic device capable of detecting at least the time and displaying it on said dial by means of a system of LED lights which are visible through said layer of rubbery material in the area of the dial. 2. Watch, according to Sa claim 1, characterized in that it is a diver. 3. Clock, according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises an NFC (Near Field Communication) system. 4. Clock, according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises an augmented reality system. 5. Clock, according to one or more preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a button arranged on the case body below said layer of rubbery material, in the area of the dial, for activating the lights; said lights being visible in transparency through the layer of rubbery material in the area of the dial. 6. Clock, according to one or more preceding claims, characterized in that the electronic movement of the clock is completely sealed inside a film of a heat-sealed PVC compound which makes it completely watertight and resistant to water, up to pressure 9 bar, equal to 80 m below sea level. 7. Watch, according to one or more preceding claims, characterized in that said NFC (Near Field Communication) system comprises an electronic chip embedded inside a silicone buckle of said strap and using NFC (Near Field Communication) technology suitable to provide short-range two-way wireless connectivity, allowing you to connect whoever makes the connection and whoever receives it for data exchange. 8. Clock, according to one or more preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a 2D graphic marker, imprinted on the external surface of the rubbery layer and which, framed by a webcam of a mobile phone, allows to detect a defined virtual image by superimposing it on the real one proposed by the webcam video with augmented reality effect, through which it is possible to photograph a real image by superimposing the virtual icon detected by the marker. 9. Watch, according to one or more preceding claims, characterized in that said layer of rubbery material comprises a hypoallergenic silicone.
