Description

“PLANTARE E CALZATURA COMPRENDENTE DETTO PLANTARE” "FOOTBED AND FOOTWEAR INCLUDING SAID FOOTBED"

The present invention relates to an insole and a shoe comprising said insole. More specifically, it is an insole designed to make the support of the foot more comfortable, and a shoe including this insole, therefore made more comfortable and performing.

As is known, in the footwear sector there is a strong tendency to make shoes that are more and more comfortable and at the same time performing. Obviously, this need must take into account the high use of the same pair of shoes often operated by the user, the request to provide a product in any case cheap and the possible presence of foot disorders, such as, for example, metatarsalgia, talalgia and still others.

In fact, high-performance footwear has been introduced on the market, also for the relief of any foot ailments, footwear which however have high costs.

Furthermore, known types of footwear, if used continuously and persistently, can easily lose their characteristics of comfort and effectiveness, making a new purchase necessary.

In addition to this, the footwear on the market has limited effectiveness, as some types tend to favor cushioning to the detriment of the foot support or vice versa, without, among other things, operating with an active action on the foot.

The purpose of the invention is to obviate the aforementioned drawbacks and others, by providing an insole, and consequently a shoe including said insole, which act on the foot both with a cushioning and support action.

Another purpose of the invention is to offer an insole and a shoe that also act actively on the foot, preventing any foot disorders.

A further purpose of the invention is to provide an insole and a shoe that have reduced costs, while ensuring comfort and high performance.

These purposes and advantages are all achieved, according to the invention, by an insole for footwear characterized by the fact that it includes at least one foot support area, at least one foot cushioning area and at least one foot stimulation area.

Thanks to the presence of different areas and with different technical characteristics, the insole can act on the foot simultaneously with different modes of action, making walking not only more comfortable and stable, but stimulating and relaxing the foot.

Vantaggiosamente, l’area di supporto può comprendere almeno una delle seguenti zone: Advantageously, the support area can include at least one of the following areas:

- una prima area di supporto in corrispondenza della zona del retropiede, avente la funzione di dare stabilità ed equilibrio al piede nella fase di entrata del passo; - a first support area in correspondence with the rear foot area, having the function of giving stability and balance to the foot in the step entry phase;

- una seconda area di supporto in corrispondenza della zona della volta laterale del piede, avente la funzione di sostegno del piede così da ridurne l’eventuale supinazione; - a second support area in the area of the lateral vault of the foot, having the function of supporting the foot so as to reduce any supination;

- a third support area in correspondence with the area of the longitudinal arch, having the function of supporting the medial vault of the foot; - a fourth support area in correspondence with the diaphyseal areas of the metatarsals, having the function of accompanying the foot in the pushing phase, relieving the metatarsal heads from the load.

In addition, the insole according to the invention may provide that the cushioning area may include at least one of the following areas:

- una prima area di ammortizzamento in corrispondenza dell'area metatarsale del piede; - a first cushioning area corresponding to the metatarsal area of the foot;

- una seconda area di ammortizzamento in corrispondenza della volta longitudinale del piede; - a second cushioning area in correspondence with the longitudinal vault of the foot;

- a third cushioning area corresponding to the heel area of the foot.

Thanks to the presence of one or more cushioning areas, the impact of the load due to the body weight in plantar support is reduced, cushioning the compression carried out on the heel and reducing the stress on the metatarsals when they are in the push and release phase.

Advantageously, the insole can provide that the stimulation area can be arranged in correspondence with the mid-tarsal area of the foot, so as to help the stability of the body thanks to the impulses given by the areas stimulated at each step.

II plantare può, inoltre, comprendere almeno uno dei seguenti strati: - un primo strato realizzato con una miscela di sughero e gomma; The insole can also comprise at least one of the following layers: - a first layer made with a mixture of cork and rubber;

- un secondo strato realizzato con schiuma con effetto memoria; - a second layer made with foam with memory effect;

- un terzo strato realizzato con schiuma ad alta densità; - a third layer made with high density foam;

- un quarto strato realizzato in pelle scamosciata. - a fourth layer made of suede.

In this way, each layer has a specific function on the foot and in correspondence with the various areas of contact with the foot itself.

The purposes and advantages are all achieved, according to the invention, even by a shoe comprising an insole as previously defined.

Ulteriori caratteristiche e particolari dell'invenzione potranno essere meglio compresi dalla descrizione che segue, data a titolo di esempio non limitativo, nonché dalle annesse tavole di disegno in cui: Further characteristics and details of the invention can be better understood from the following description, given by way of non-limiting example, as well as from the attached drawing tables in which:

la fig. 1 è una vista schematica dall’alto di un plantare, secondo l’invenzione; fig. 1 is a schematic top view of an insole, according to the invention;

2 is the exploded lateral axonometric schematic view of the plantar of figure 1.

With reference to the attached figures, 10 indicates an insole suitable for being positioned in a shoe to give comfort and high performance.

The insole 10 is made up of four different superimposed layers. A first layer 32 made of a mixture of cork and rubber is arranged at the bottom. Above the first layer 32 there is a second layer 34 made of foam with a memory effect, known commercially by the term "memory foam" and above this is a third layer 36 obtained with high density foam.

Finally, the fourth layer 20, arranged on the third layer 36, is made of suede.

On the fourth layer 20, as illustrated in Figure 1, various zones are distinguished, each with particular characteristics of shape and softness.

In particular, the insole 10 comprises distinct areas comprising material different in density. In the insole 10 different areas are thus distinguished with different behaviors on the portion of the foot which rests on it. In this way, support areas, cushioning areas, or areas of stimulation of the foot are obtained.

II plantare 10 comprende quattro aree di supporto plantare. The footbed 10 includes four plantar support areas.

A first support area 12 corresponds to the rear foot area and has the function of providing stability and balance to the foot in the step entry phase.

A second support area 14 corresponds to the area of the lateral vault and serves to give the necessary support so as to reduce any supination of the foot.

A third support area 16 corresponds to the area of the longitudinal arch and supports the medial vault, without stiffening it, allowing a more natural and physiological rolling phase, defined in technical terms "midstance".

A fourth support area 18 corresponds to the diaphyseal areas of the metatarsals and accompanies the foot in the thrust phase, relieving the metatarsal heads from the load.

The insole 10 also comprises three plantar cushioning areas, i.e. a first cushioning area 22 corresponding to the metatarsal area, a second cushioning area 24 corresponding to the longitudinal vault and a third cushioning area 26 corresponding to the entire heel area.

These three cushioning areas 22, 24, 26 allow to reduce the impact of the load of the body weight in plantar support. In fact, the heel is subjected to strong compressive stress during the first step of the step, and therefore, thanks to the cushioning areas 22, 24, 26, the longitudinal vault is not supported too rigidly.

The difference in density between the various cushioning areas 22, 24, 26 and the support areas 12, 14, 16, 18 allows the foot to carry out its physiological pronation in that area and the metatarsals are cushioned in the areas of greatest stress in the push and take off phase.

The insole 10 also comprises a first stimulation area 28 and a second stimulation area 30 which are arranged in the mid-tarsal area and refer to the technique of plantar reflexology.

The reflexological stimuli given by the two stimulation areas 28, 30 do not represent a real massage, but, at each step, they help the stability of the pelvis through impulses that relax the stimulated area.

The insole 10 according to the invention can give the foot a well-being, a feeling of total support, helps stability in the static and dynamic phases, allowing greater adaptability and therefore improves the posture of the user.

The materials used and the supports positioned also guarantee an improvement from the circulatory point of view and therefore help to give the feet and legs a relaxing effect.

The insole according to the invention can be of the extractable type, ie it can be configured as an insole to be positioned inside existing footwear and be replaced or removed.

At the same time, the insole according to the invention can already be included in a shoe and therefore be configured as a fixed insole.

The procedure for making the insole involves a first phase in which the second layer 34, the third layer 36 and the fourth layer 20 are pressed in a special mold which creates on the same fourth layer the areas in relief corresponding to the support areas, the areas cushioning and stimulation areas of the foot.

Subsequently, the process provides for the molding of the first layer 32 which is simultaneously joined to the other three layers 20, 34, 36.

There are possible variants to be considered included in the scope of protection; for example, support areas, support areas and stimulation areas can be defined in different number and position.
