Il trovato in esame riguarda uno speciale dispositivo, formato da due distinte sezioni, il quale, una volta applicato ai comuni seggiolini in dotazione ai go-kart, è in grado di regolarne la rigidità strutturale, questo con il preciso scopo di modificarne il setup e ottimizzare la seduta degli stessi adattandola, in brevissimo tempo, allo stile di giuda dei piloti che ne faranno uso. Come i tecnici del settore ben sanno i go-kart sono costituiti essenzialmente da un telaio tubolare in acciaio, sprovvisto di sospensioni, e da un motore di piccola cilindrata che trasferisce il moto a un assale rigido posteriore privo di differenziale. I primi go-kart furono concepiti seguendo la filosofia automobilistica della massima rigidità torsionale, ma furono ben presto surclassati nella prima metà degli anni sessanta da nuovi modelli più flessibili (di produzione francese) e dai cosiddetti "Tecnokart Piuma" italiani del 1964, che presentavano un particolare restringimento del telaio nella zona centrale il quale garantiva la desiderata flessibilità tra avantreno e retrotreno, ispirando in tal senso i futuri costruttori.
